JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds

I wanted these to be great but...the sound quality is mediocre at best. I love the way these fit and feel but the sound is so soft. I would like the sound quality to match the go-pop line. Those are perfect and affordable.

Horrible choice! There's no on or off switch or a pairing button. Also, they're backwards, with left on the right and vice versa. I was out of the return window unfortunately.

The sound is tinny and the ear hooks hurt. The charging case is cheap plastic. I had a different brand with outstanding sound and ear hooks so painless I’d forget they were on. Nice sturdy case. My mom’s dog chewed up one of the buds, so I was replacing those. Returning these and buying the brand I had before from a different store.

I own the Beats version of these and I paid a small fortune for. I use these primarily for listening to books while working and also when I go to bed (helps me sleep). I have to use the buds with the hook for over the ear because the buds themselves do not stay in my ear. I absolutely love these. They are a bit of a slimmer design for sleeping on. Sound is good and I've had no problems charging them as I have read some of the other reviews. I use the same charger as my Iphone so its convenient. Full charge lasts at least a week. I've had them for about a month now.

Poor case design, the charger is attached and the cord is too short. I can’t connect to multiple devices at once. I have to forget the other device for the Bluetooth to connect to the device I want to actively use. I also do not like having to leave the case open for the Bluetooth to connect to my device. I have no complaints about audio or sound quality; I think it’s relatively good for the price. I also like the colors that are available

The touch controls are alright I don’t love them. I usually wear one earbud in at a time and if you want to control the volume with the touch controls the right one makes the volume higher when you touch it once and you have to press the left one to lower the volume . I would of liked to be able to control the volume level on one either higher or lower . Also, I went on an hour long walk with these outside and the call was not great all I heard was static noise the whole walk. I do have small ears and have a hard time finding earbuds that stay these definitely stay and are comfortable.

Just had them for a week in they stop connected don't purchase no good

There is no way to charge item if you don't have the brick. Also, it isn't the brick that is usually used. the charging cord attached to the case is only about 2 - 3 inches long. I will be returning inn the morning!!!!!

The piece that goes over the ear is very stiff

I've used Jlab for years and for $20 headphones I'm super happy with them. The only complaint I have about these headphones in particular is that when it reaches 10% they will remind you literally every 20 seconds. I timed it. It's annoying but not a deal breaker for me.

It totally exceeded my expectations! It's very light so I get very little ear fatigue during my workouts. Love that it auto-connects and has touch controls similar to my airpods. The bud will sometimes slip out of my ear during a run, but the ear hooks keep them on my ears which is nice. The only con in my opinion is the charging cable - I wish it was a female connector so I could connect any USB-C cable rather than having to connect the attached cable to a power brick. But for the price I love it!

Still using them two years later. Battery life is amazing. Sound quality is great. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the app to change sound doesn’t work and never has.

I love these ear buds. I have very small ears and these fit great. But I have to replace them every 6mo or so bc they stop working. I would buy them again bc it’s hard to find others that fit.

A great brand they work too you could charge them at the same time before you go work out. They're good when they work out. They're better than using the beats around your head.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. I bought two of these - one for my husband and one for my son. Both stopped working after 45 days. Unfortunately Target only has a 30-day return policy on electronics so I'm left with two non-working sets of ear phones.
