JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds

I have a pair and love them. I bought someone else a pair, they dropped them once and they quit working.

Looks and feels great I. Your ear however unfortunately all I got was a lot of static while my show was playing as well as when I tried it with music. They didn’t make it passed the few hours I had them. I returned them and let the customer service personnel know they are “damaged” as there was nothing else I could do.

I bought this in August 2024 and the left-earbud stopped working in April 2025. The manufacturer 2 year warranty isnt a warranty, but a credit of the purchase price to use toward buying earbuds on their website. You have to get an authorization number from JLabs and then pay for shipping. You do not get reimbursed for shipping. I've always liked JLabs, but this is the 2nd time an earbud stopped working. Their quality has gone down and I am no longer impressed.

Owned not even for 24hrs and the left airbuds won’t turn on or pair, tried all the reboot methods, and it is just shot dead, I guess the value reflects the performance

I've bought these buds twice and both times with 4-6 weeks they quit working properly. There is no support to help answer questions. Strongly recommend NOT buying these. Spend a little more money on a pair that will last!

These have worked out great for me as gym headphones. Only thing I hate so much is when it connects, it has this loud “Bluetooth connected, battery full” voice. Nothing too crucial, it’s just annoying. Overall great choice.

I lost my BeatsPro headphones before a trip so picked these up just to have something and I actually really like them! The charge lasts forever and they are actually more comfortable in my ears than my Beats or my old AirPods Pros.

Bought these because they said sport and that they're sweat resistant so I could use them while working out, mowing the yard, etc.... Was mowing the yard with them and the right one stopped working, it got really quiet then just wouldn't connect anymore, pretty sure it was because sweat was dripping onto it. And it conveniently quit working just outside of the return window. I won't be buying this or any other Jlab products again. Do not buy this if you plan to actually use it for the purpose they advertise them for.

Absolute 100% garbage. Don’t waste your time. If your phone is not right next to these headphones you’re going to get constant static and connection issues.

The sound is great I am very surprised with the sound for the price point.

These headphones are so annoying and poorly made. I don't even know where to begin, the design choices are all just awful. Save yourself a headache and don't buy them.

The price. I bought the first set for 19.99 and they broke had to purchase new ones and they were 29.99

Great for gym ..sounds good . Fairly priced .

I loved these so much I bought a 2nd pair for my work bag.

I got these for my 8 y/o daughter but they fit her loosely. They fit my adult ear perfectly. Unlike my AirPods, these last a workday without charge and then some. The sound isnt as quality as some higher end headphones but it’s better than most others in their price point. My only qualm is they tend to connect to my phone when they’re in the case. Which is obnoxious when I’m listening in my truck and suddenly the music “stops”. The problem doesn’t seem to be a charging connection. Because the ear buds are charged fully even when they do that silly thing.
