This unit is no good for elderly persons with moderate hearing loss. My grandfather could hear nothing besides a light static through these earbuds on a TCL Classic with this overr the ear, earbud through AT&T.

High quality sound, ear hooks easily damaged.
The sound is really good on these earbuds, however the hooks slightly bent and the buds had trouble charging. I'm really pleased with JLab support as they spoke to me and sent me a new pair of earbuds, and the new version too instead of these ones.

Lasted less than a year
It's been less than a year. I purchased this August 2025 and now January 2026 the headphones are no longer charging. The case lights up while charging but the headphones stay at low battery. It has warranty but I'll have to pay for the shipping myself and need to get it with tracking. Really doesn't seem like it'll be worth it.

Not worth it
It worked fine but after a few weeks I cannot get them to sync to together to listen to music, they will now sync as 2 separate headphones instead of 1 and I tried to do the factory reset and it won't work. Now I can listen to music one headphone at a time instead of both.
