submitted byJustin - 1 year agoTarget expert supportA: 1) they come with a built usb type c cable that can plug into an adaptable power brick or something similar and they are compatible with running on windows 10. They have multipoint connectivity so should be pretty straight forward pairing wise.

Q: Can they be charged on a charging pad?
A: Hi JLab User (great username). The Go POP ANC's do not have wireless charging capabilities. They do, however, have a built-in charging cord right in the case, so you're never without a charger! Hope that helps point you in the right direction.

Q: How long does it take for them to charge?
A: Hey Lexa, great question! The Pop ANC's charge within 2 hours and last for 24 hours once charged. They also have a built-in charge cable, so you never are without a charging cord!
