I'll start with the pros, it has decent audio volume for the price. Unfortunately, that's the only pro. I bought this in January 2024, and the hinge already has broken now, November 2024. The build quality is very poor and it's very uncomfortable after a couple hours of usage. And even before the broken hinge, it always had a silent peep when there was no audio playing. There also used to be a lot of wind noise (like the opposite of noise cancelling) when using it outside.

I bought these for my mother so she can watch her videos with sound. According to her they perform beautifully and are easy to use.

Like the size & shape. Sound quality is decent. Worried about how well the hinges will hold up over time.

I've been having trouble with earbuds falling out of my ears, so I decided to look for over-the-ear headphones. I've only used them once, but I'm satisfied with them so far. The only issue I have is that the charging cable shown in the accessories pamphlet is different from the cable that actually came with the product.

Purchased them while walking my dog because another pair died mid walk. It’s amazing that I can adjust the audio output and adjust the bass so seemingly. Plus 30+ hrs of playtime can’t be beat!!! Fully charged out the box. Let’s go!!!!

This is my second pair. Great sound and comfortable fit. BUT, on this unit the volume control for lower volume is stuck and will not actuate. Again it is like that part of the system is super glued. Otherwise l utilize the volume control on the device.

Honestly, for the price these things are amazing! They are so crisp and clear sounding, with good base, not super heavy but its there more than enough to hear the background bass clearly. These headphones come with three equalizer settings as well and what's available is JLabs C3 personal signature sound with amplified bass and vocals, the second EQ setting is called Balanced where its even sound with no additional sound enhancements and the third EQ setting is Bass Boost, with amplified bass and sub-bass which is the part that i love because the sub-base allows you to hear what is in my opinion one of the best frequencies/sound in the music, the sub-bass is not super heavy, but its there to enjoy my music. All and all, they are amazing for the price, it allows you to get the whole experience of the songs you listen to ! You're awesome JLabs for releasing these headphones at this price with the AMAZING sound quality!
