Toned down the brass!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as a free sample. I immediately noticed a decrease in the brass color that wouldn't tone down previously. I have been using it half the time when washing and conditioning, as it doesn't provide quite the moisture boost that my usual brand provides. However, it will still have a place in my routine because it delivers on the color I was hoping to achieve!

The shampoo has a strong purple pigment that really helped reduce brassiness and made my blonde tones look brighter after just a couple of uses. The conditioner left my hair feeling soft and manageable, though I did notice I needed to leave it on a bit longer for extra hydration. The scent is pleasant and not too overpowering, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a great option for maintaining cool blonde tones, especially if you struggle with yellowing.

Works so well

I noticed my blonde hair looked brighter right away. I paired it with the shampoo which I think helped. Only downside is it makes a mess of the shower.

Turned my hands purple
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These John Frieda Violet Crush shampoo and conditioner are effective at cleaning and conditioning the hair. I didn’t get much of a lather with the shampoo, but the conditioner definitely helped detangle and condition my hair. My one big complaint is that the shampoo turned my hands purple! It is a little messy to dispense and I was worried it would stain my shower if I didn’t clean up any spills. My har did look a little brighter after using this. I received these products for free in exchange for my honest opinion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purple shampoo and conditioner has really given my hair a nice color. It's brightened it up really nice. I get a ton of compliments on my hair color. I am blonde who's getting older and my hair is turning grey/white. This has enhanced it beautifully. so many people have commented on how pretty my color is. Asking me if I colored it my self that a people pay a lot of money to get my hair color. This shampoo and conditioner is so good I almost want to keep it my little secret.

Great brassiness fighter for blonde hair

It was a vibrant purple and lathered up just like normal shampoo. After leaving on the recommended 1 minute and rinsing hands well (since they do look a bit purple until you do!) my hair felt smooth and I did notice a bit less brassiness with just one use.

I love a great purple shampoo and conditioner and this one is great.
