A: Caution when using on ears. Use gently to remove visible dirt and wax around outer surface of the ear. Inserting into the ear canal can cause injury. Use only as directed. Improper use can cause injury.

Very unhappy with these! They have changed and now have plastic stick, which bends while using but my biggest dislike it the cotton being very thin and moves while using, exposing the hard corners of the plastic stick, potentially hurting my kids ears. I am no longer using these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s impossible to see the swabs through the packaging, but the sticks are plastic when they should be paper. This is 2025. We are all aware of single use plastic. The packaging and the verbiage on the packaging are both misleading.

Q tips are not what they use to be. When you use them they bend real easy and the cotton comes off when using them.

Love these but use with care
My kids range between 8-12 years old and they still use these. I have used them since they were babies and they hate it when we run out and they have to resort to using regular style cotton swabs. Target brand Up&Up also makes “safety swabs” that are fine also. They prevent the swab from going too far into the ear. Just be careful because sometimes the swab loosens and the plastic part pokes through the cotton and can be a painful surprise. Just be gentle and try to twist whole holding on the the cotton itself instead of the plastic part.

Perfect for small kids!
Didn’t know these existed until my sister in law suggested them for my toddlers ears. He’s always got minor build up outside the ear canal and these are perfect for safely cleaning his outer ear! He actually does very well holding still while I use the swab but it’s nice knowing if a toddler decides to squirm he won’t get hurt accidentally! The box has tons so they’ll last a very long time. Only wish they weren’t so expensive.
