Easy to use with lots of safety features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received these for our twins and they’ve been fantastic. Super easy to install, very lightweight, and most importantly, they feel incredibly safe and secure - we've had no issues. When you’re installing two seats, ease really matters and these made the process stress free. Highly recommend.

Love the flexibility!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bundle is AWESOME. I really wanted the mint latch car seat but was nervous using it on my everyday. This bundle now gives me the chance to have the base in my truck but still the flexibility of putting the seat in my husbands car without having to move the base or buy a whole new one.

Convenient, Lightweight Seat and Base Combo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate being able to use the mint latch seat with or without the base AR. The base makes the mint latch incredibly easy to use, and the connection feels secure once everything is in place. Both the base and the seat are lightweight and very portable, which is helpful if you ever need to move the base between vehicles (although that is not necessary with the mint latch seat – which is awesome!). The seat itself is comfortable to carry and doesn’t feel bulky, and the option to install it without the base adds a lot of flexibility for travel or quick trips. Overall, the design feels thoughtful and user friendly.

So convenient!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mint latch system is such a great car seat. As a mom of twins, we frequently rely on family to help us. Having a car seat that can easily move from car to car it was so helpful to have family help us. The latch system was so easy to use. My kiddos both liked the seat. My twins are two different sizes and it was easy to adjust the straps. Overall the system is user friendly and very convenient!

Lightweight carrier with easy installation to base
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super compact and lightweight infant carrier that easily latches to the coinciding base. The features are intuitive, which is so nice for a baby product. Overall provides a snug fit for baby. Would recommend!

So great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the mint latch about a month ago and I love it . We have been using it with our other stroller and it easier latches so smoothly and doesn’t bother my baby if she is sleeping. The car seat is slim and fits great in my Tesla with two other car seats. I would buy this seat again if I needed it or for a gift for a friend.

Lightweight, easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to try through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have enjoyed using this product, it is great to be able to use the carseat without the base and I prefer that over using the base. While the base feels sturdy, the car seat itself clicks right into my cars latch system. The seat feels very secure using the latch system and is easy to adjust as well. You just adjust it with a lever on each side of the seat. The seat itself has a nice leather like handle, and is very light (which makes it so much easier to carry my heavy baby!!) It does seem a bit sparse in general, but my baby fell asleep immediately in it. He seemed very comfortable even with the minimal cushioning. At this point my baby is too big for the infant cushions but they're really nice! I was impressed, there is also a low birth weight pillow included as well, which is great for small babies! Overall I would say this is a great option, especially for someone whose baby is on the smaller side since it has a smaller profile. Also, since it doesn't need a base, it's great for parents who share the carseat between cars!

The flexibility of being able to clip the car seat directly into the car was a huge benefit, especially when switching between different vehicles. The base paired perfectly with the car seat, it provided a secure and stable fit every time. The combo is very convenient and practical for everyday use.

Versatile, great choice for new parents!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mint latch and base are a great combo for new parents. I would give it 4.5 stars, rounding up to 5 for the review. Pros: I found it easy and straightforward to use, and I especially appreciated the versatility of having the base installed in our primary car while still being able to use the car seat in our second car or friends’ cars. Having the base made it truly grab-and-go—no fussing with anchor points or seat belts in cars without anchors. It also felt safer and sturdier with the base, so I’d definitely recommend purchasing the base rather than using the car seat on its own. The car seat itself is lightweight and stylish, and I love the brown leather detail on the handle. Cons: The canopy is a bit short, so there was less protection from the weather (sun, rain, wind) which I find important for such a grab-and-go car seat!

A Total Game Changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of this car seat. For my first baby, we primarily used the Doona as the car seat but now with two children, it was inconvenient and infeasible to be pushing two strollers if my toddler needed one too. I LOVE that this car seat is so easy to use and it allows me to move around where my baby sits in the car if I have other people that need to ride in my car or even move him to other cars as needed just as easily as if he was in my car. It is shockingly easy to install and uninstall. This is a game changer for travel or even just for the holidays when relatives or friends are in town. This car seat is compatible with a bunch of strollers so I don’t feel like I’m missing out by not using my Doona as much. It’s also more roomy for my baby than the Doona is and he seems to like that a lot more. My very small only con for this is when you’re re-threading the straps as your baby grows, you have to go through two plastic pieces and have to make sure you don’t lose the strap in between. It’s not the end of the world which is why I would still rate it 5 stars but it is a potential improvement point. This base is very easy to use and install. I will say that I think part of the benefit of the Mint Latch is the fact that it doesn’t need a base and therefore can be moved easily from car to car or allows you to leave a seat free. But if you have another Joie car seat that you want to interchange then this is a great base for it.

Perfect Duo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the design of the Joie Mint Latch car seat. It feels well made and offers excellent protection and comfort, with plenty of padding. Our baby clearly enjoys riding in it compared to others we’ve tried. The strap covers were also a nice touch, helping support her when she fell asleep during car rides. While we appreciated the ability to latch the car seat directly into the car, it was sometimes tricky, with one side not latching correctly or staying red. For our busy family, this made everyday use less practical. Using the Mint Latch with the Joie Base AR made a huge difference. The base is stylish and extremely easy to install, it took less than two minutes after watching the instructional video. Once installed, getting our baby in and out of the car is quick and simple. The release button is on the base rather than the car seat, which may take some getting used to. Overall, we highly recommend the Joie Mint Latch and Base AR bundle. Together, they offer comfort, safety, and convenience, making everyday trips much easier.
