Julep Lid Armour - 2oz

This is my SECOND try at using this product. Target exchanged the first on that popped open when I twisted the end numerous times to dispense product. This second tube won't dispense either....the make up assistant said the reviews were all saying this product doesn't work...I am not sure how I missed that when I ordered. Lesson here: READ REVIEWS

Tried ordering this twice, and both times the liquid came dry and hard so the applicator would not work correctly/at all.

Honestly, I’d give it negative 5. Won’t twist up, completely unusable. I’d return it but I’d already tossed the packaging.

I bought this twice thinking maybe it was a bad applicator. The product is too thick to come out the brush end. I could not figure out a way to make it work. Yes I followed the directions.

unfortunately the mechanics don't work properly.. I twisted all the way, to the point of snapping it and overtwisting and NO shadow is coming out.. quite bummed..

Did not work. Turned the bottom as per the instructions, no color came out at all

Item arrived defective. There was no liquid in the applicator.

This item should not be sold. It doesnt work. Even if you take the top off, the makeup is too caked up to even get it on the brush.

I bought 2 different colors and the applicator does not work....I’ve twisted probably 1000 times and it barely comes out....on both. Total waste of money.

Literally does not work. I couldn’t get the shadow out of the pen and the end you’re supposed to twist came off in my hand. Do not waste your money on these.

I usually wouldn't read a review for an item this inexpensive, but the frustration and time wasted made me wish I had. After turning repeatedly the eyeshadow still doesn't come out. Have tried many times. Not one to give up easily, I kept thinking there must be a secret...pressed the brush sideways, straight down, turned and turned. Forget it.

The product doesn’t come out no matter how many times you twist the dial. I took the top off & used a q-tip to see how the shade would look on the back of my hand. Result - doesn’t look like the color on the cap and the color is a muddy/not flattering brown.

This eyeshadow just doesn't work I got it and the first one was dried out inside nothing would come out and I twisted it all the way up. Then I had another sent to see if maybe it was just that one and it was the exact same issue. So I would not suggest anyone to waste there money on this.

It took 325clicks for the product to begin coming out, and when it did I was shocked. Other “click” products are liquid, but this was very thick. It did not bleed into or get absorbed by the bristles, it instead pushed them out of the way. The brush immediately became clumps of bristles as soon as the product came out. The bristles only took on color when I tried to put the color on my skin, but it’s too think to “paint” onto the eyelid, you essentially need to squeeze the brush with fingers to get the solid color out, and then use finger tips to apply. And even then it isn’t as good as a Revlon Creme Shadow Palette. Last, the color: I got rosewood, and this was not a mauve-pink, this was brown. I forced a swipe onto a white tissue, and it’s like mud (actually, that’s a good descriptor of the consistency too.)

I ordered 2 of these in different colors. Neither one of the applicators worked. You twist and twist and no product filled the brush, the bottom eventually stopped twisting and broke. Total waste of money, big disappointment! Really is 0 stars

The color rosewood is amazing. Its a great everyday shadow, the applicator I'm not crazy about. But I never like the brush type tops. The formula dries down to a powder like finish. Its a true one & done. So glad I chose outside my comfort zone with this one. Please excuse my terrible photo. . .long work day!
