A: I have it, I use Omron app, works great w/ Kardia mobile on iPhone and iPad. CHOOSE EKG then press round pink for new readings,, have arrow up, fingers on leads very close to phone or iPad, Easy
submitted byJ Bolotte - 4 years agoA: THIS ITEM IS GARBAGE. IT WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT THE APP. I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD THE APP TO FOUR DIFFERENT DEVICES AND IT JUST WONT DOWNLOAD. I USED AN IPHONE, ANDROID PHONE, 2 TABLETS AND IT WOULD NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP. I TRIED GOODLEPLAY AND THAT DID NOT WORK EITHER. I WILL HAVE TO RETURN IT.

Q: Does this give you blood pressure readings?

A: KardiaMobile does not take blood pressure recordings. But systolic and diastolic blood pressure results can be manually entered into the Kardia app in order to track your Blood Pressure. You can also transfer Blood Pressure recordings via bluetooth to the Kardia app if you have a compatible Omron Blood Pressure cuff.

Dr.s little helper
I have used this product for years. It helps my Dr. Ser what is going on with me on a day to day basis when monitoring is not available is for him to few. I can transfer my reading to him in a report via email.ver helpful and accurate.

a great tool - could be smarter
I love seeing the EKG trace! Plus getting an accurate heart rate count during Afib - my BP monitor reports about half the correct count. The detection algorithms could be smarter - medics tell me that the EKGs the Kardia reports as "Unclassified" and "Possible Afib" are definitely Afib.

Im more comfortable now with Kardia
I feel more comfortable knowing that my heart is in good condition using the Kardia. If I see something thats not right then I know to run to the doctors and get help. Im so happy I purchased this easy to use device.

I have a K-mobile and it doesn’t work for me. It tells me my EKG is “UNCLASSIFIED”?? What’s up with that? As a result I go to a Cardiologist and they find my EKG to be NORMAL!

Disappointed
This product continues to read “Unclassified”. Very disappointed as I am presently being reviewed as a patient with irregular heart rate and other electrical deficiencies. When will I get a “Normal” reading or at least a representation of what is going on with my heart according to my Cardiologist.

File it with a metal nail file.
One star is an inaccurate representation because I like the device. But... The battery died so I replaced it. But then the battery cover wouldn't go back on. I just wanted to tell everybody that I got the cover back on by FILING DOWN the 'insertion foot' with a METAL NAIL FILE. Then I put piece of Scotch tape on it to make sure it stayed closed.

Two yrs, no longer works. Replced with correct battery. Expected a much longer life from a non active electronic device
