These used to have a pleasant, moderately strong taste of wheat and malt; that flavor is now only a faint whisper. Spoiled the family-favorite bran muffin recipe we've been making since the 1990s. We won't be buying this again unless something changes.

This cereal works wonderfully to maintain regularity without causing cramping or diarrhea, ever!! It has, however, more sugar than necessary for good taste, too much sugar for someone who's trying to cut back on sugar.

All Bran had an awful texture. It seemed stale even though the box said it well in date. It was really hard to chew. I purchased it since there wasn't a Target Circle deal for Fiber One, which is my high fiber go to. The flavor wasn't as sweet as the other cereal, either.

I have incorporated this cereal in my diet and I was absolutely astounded by the results. It takes about two days after consuming several bowls to have consistent bowel movements. For a cereal without sugar coated raisins I find the taste pleasant. Better alternative than taking laxatives and is certainly more healthy. My GI doctor would be proud of me
