Kellogg's Special K Zero Strawberry Creme Breakfast Cereal - 8.1oz

Tastes terrible! I would rate this a a zero, if I could. It has an artificial aftertaste. Yuck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cereal tastes good but I’m not sure I would purchase it. There is something just a little off with it for my liking. I think it’s the texture. It’s crunchy and kind of puffy. I do like the protein though.

I buy a lot of high protein/high fiber/no sugar added cereals so I've lowered the bar when it comes to taste. This cereal is borderline intolerable on its own though. The taste could be good but it has an unpleasant and bitter aftertaste to it. Texture is similar to Magic Spoon. Using it as a yogurt topping masks the bitter taste more. I also don't love that canola oil is the third ingredient and since soy & pea protein isolates are the first 2 ingredients, I'm guessing most of the 8 grams of fat come from canola oil. Love that they used allulose though

It definitely doesn't taste like real strawberry, but it's appealing in a different way. It was good to have on hand as a healthy snack alternative to chips or sweets. It has a satisfying crunch.

This is SO BAD. I normally love any and every cereal. It gets worse when it’s with milk.

I will say the cereal is decent for a small snack but it definitely has a bit of the chalky, fake protein taste to it. The berry flavor was very powdered berry tasting and the cereal itself had a strange after taste. I'll definitely finish the box but I don't know if ill be trying it again.

The strawberry flavoring tasted fake and left a chemical taste in my mouth. The texture of the cereal was crunchy and fresh but I could not get past the flavor. I would be open to trying a different flavor of the Special K protein cereal. The concept is great, adding extra protein to your diet without adding extra sugar and fat. Sadly would not recommend.

If anyone can remember a certain cartoon vitamin (that came in 3 flavors) back in the day. This cereal tastes exactly like the red vitamin. I’m assuming that taste is from the 18g of protein and 0g of added sugar. If your taste buds DON’T work this is the cereal for you. If they do work, avoid this cereal!!!

The flavor is incredibly artificial—there’s this weird chemical, almost metallic aftertaste that completely overwhelms any hint of real strawberry. The texture is fine, but that doesn’t matter when it tastes this bad. I couldn’t even finish the bowl. It was that unpleasant. Definitely not buying again.

I just had a bowl of this. Smelled delicious. Was absolutely horrid. All you can taste is a huge overload of artificial sweetener. So sorry I spent any money on it.

Not a big strawberry fan. Please bring back the cinnamon.
