Love the design - very handy as an all in one unit. Holds a charge well. Froths well, although fat free creamer lacks the structure to hold up well. I’ve even whipped fresh cream in this. Not stiff peaks but nicely thickened. Easy clean up and storage. My only suggestion for an improvement would be a double whisk tip.

I purchased one of these for myself, then when it was time to charge, it didn't charge. I took it back to target and was able to exchange it. The second one has worked. I orded a second to gift to my mother. We made one latte, then it was time to charge (the charge on the first one lasted longer than one latte before it needed a recharge) I went to charge and this one doesn't charge. I went online to start an exchage and it says not eligible to exchange. I'll now how to go in person to the store and see if they can help me. This is a poor quality product.

I’ve had it for a bit now, no issues and the froth comes out perfect each time! I’ve purchased at least 4 different brothers and this one is hands down the best. I love the multiple speeds. The charge last a good while; I’ve only charged it once since purchasing last year.

I bought this mainly to mix my matcha powder and it works so much better than a handheld frother. It dissolved all the matcha powder in less than a minute. The measurement lines also helped A LOT. I do wish they made the beaker a little thicker. It felt very fragile while I hand washed it.
