A: Thank you very much for your question! This is the online user guide for this ice maker. Please find model Z5820DN on the ice maker's product page. The self-cleaning method:To clean the nugget ice maker, first plug in the unit and press the "ON/OFF" button for 5 seconds to start the cleaning cycle (approximately 10 minutes). Wait until the "clean" indicator light turns off, then remove drain cap 1 and empty the water into a sink. Repeat steps 5 to 7 with fresh water for two additional cycles to thoroughly rinse the interior. After rinsing, reattach the drain cap. Once cleaning is complete, refill the unit with fresh water and press the "ON/OFF" button to resume normal ice production.
