Difficult

Love the Whip and Beater Option.

Works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mixer just in time for holiday baking. It replaced my older mixer of another brand that stopped working.. It was fairly simple to attach the spoons and operate the device. It wasn't too messy either. Worked as advertised

Finally, a hand mixer that actually has low speed

My only issue thus far is that the beaters wobble a little and that makes the mixer vibrate a little. At this price I would expect perfection. I have not yet tried mixing cookie dough.

I had a problem with beater installation and called Kitchenaid for repair shop information.. Instead, the sent me a new mixer and a box to return the the old one. VERY happy with customer service.
