[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mixer just in time for holiday baking. It replaced my older mixer of another brand that stopped working.. It was fairly simple to attach the spoons and operate the device. It wasn't too messy either. Worked as advertised

My only issue thus far is that the beaters wobble a little and that makes the mixer vibrate a little. At this price I would expect perfection. I have not yet tried mixing cookie dough.

It mixed the ingredients very well. I wish I had bought one if these years ago. But I will definitely stay with this brand.

I had a problem with beater installation and called Kitchenaid for repair shop information.. Instead, the sent me a new mixer and a box to return the the old one. VERY happy with customer service.

He got me the Kitchenaid stand mixer 20 years ago and it's still going strong, so he thought this hand mixer would be the same quality. Not really so. I'm sorry to report this new mixer isn't that impressive for the $$. It's slow and not very powerful. I couldn't whip heavy cream into whipped cream(a basic function in my opinion). I even chilled my bowl and beaters. I'm keeping it because it was a gift, but I'm hanging on to my old hand mixer for the heavy lifting.
