Great for a down-sized kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an empty nester, recommend the mini. Capacity, and power to knead bread were key for me. This mini size manages enough for me, up to two loaves at a time. The power is great for kneading bread reliably and easily. A quality product, and I am really pleased.

Mini Mixer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mixer. It is the perfect size for my personal use. The only issue I have is, I can't seem to locate the pieces that are listed in the instructions as being available. I have searched on the KitchenAid site and any other sites I find with no success. I have almost given up. Since this mixer is not the standard size it is hard to get certain pieces like the ingredient spout or splash guard lid. All the standard addon parts will work for external functions with the attachment feature. Despite my dilemma I love the mixer. Maybe they will create a cover soon.

Cute, lighter weight and tough too
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a classic KitchenAid mixer for 25 years. I lived it and used it a lot. Between Thanksgiving and Christmas a bunch of oil ran out of it I went looking and found the mini. I was on the fence about going smaller. I'm 67 and lifting the classic out of the cabinet was tough. I decided to go for it. I even bought myself the food grinder attachment. I LIVE them both very much

Perfect gift for tween who loves baking!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 11 year old super baker was ecstatic with her personalised kitchen aid mini. She let out a squeal of excitement when opening her Christmas present and hugged the appliance. This mixer is the perfect size for making biscuits, cakes and brownies. It is quiet and easy to clean. My junior baker recently used her mini stand mixer to cook items in the cookery section in our regional show. She won prizes in all six cookery categories as well as an overall prize for her cupcakes. This mixer is now essential item in our kitchen.

Perfect for two
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fabulous little stand mixer that is just perfect for a two person household. The mixer is powerful enough to get through my favourite pizza and gluten free bread dough and takes up much less cupboard space than my old mixer. It’s the perfect size for our motorhome as well and I love that all the standard KitchenAid attachments also fit this little powerhouse.

Long awaited wonderful mixer

Happy with mixer disappointed with attachment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my mixer as a gift from my daughter and love the mixer. It's the perfect size for me and storage wise it is wonderful as I don't like cluttered countertops. I am disappointed in the lack of attachments for this particular size or model. A splatter cover or bowl cover should be available for any size mixer Kitchen-aid offers. It's a commonly used attachment whenever I use a mixer. I was excited to try pasta but found no attachments on Kitchen Aid website for these attachments as well. I understand these are more of a specialty attachment but a splatter cover is everyday.

Love this mixer!

I don’t know why I haven’t bought one sooner, it’s so easy to use and mixes things so quickly without the manual labour! It was a great price and being a mini mixer it fits easily on my kitchen bench and is easy to move.

It is so nice to have a mixer do the work for me instead of holding a hand mixer the entire time. The candy apple red color is gorgeous. I wish I had bought this mixer sooner. It only takes up as much room as a regular coffee maker, which is perfect for my small kitchen.
