[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mixer is the biggest disappointment ever. It’s brand new and I can’t use it without it smoking and having to put ice packs on it. I can’t only use it for about 3 minutes before it starts smoking and I have to stop using it. I’ve tried everything from whipping cream to dough and it does the same thing. Unfortunately, bought all of the tools and additions for this mixer that I can’t even use.

Broke, will not work. Called, they want a receipt. I dont have it !! Then they want me to ship the KA without providing me a box and will take around 3 to 4 weeks to get another. Do not recommend buying this cheap expensive product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the mixer to replace my old Kitchen aid that died...but worked for about 8 years. Unfortunately this one isn't holding up too well. On it's second use with kneading bread dough, the bowl came out of the mixer...and was stripped and won't work anymore. I'm glad I kept my old bowl, but disappointed that it's only been a week and I'm already having issues.
