Cute but worthless
Very poor performance. Barely sucks up anything and the attachments are worthless too. Very disappointed. It’s not worth the price, especially when you have to purchase the battery separately.

A ridiculous price, but it works well and I got it on big sale. I wouldn't buy it without a huge sale though. There are others on the market just as great.
Let me just say that the vacuum absolutely works for my every day needs. I think that the suction is perfectly fine and is not insanely powerful, but not so low that it’s picking up nothing. So that part, to me, is great. However, the plastic part that separates the filter on the inside from the rest of the unit is either stuck or suctioned on, when it comes time to emptying the chamber. Almost like it was designed to be difficult to come off. I legitimately have to use a set of pliers to get the plastic piece off to empty the collection chamber. That’s just absurd. For now, it’s not that big of a deal and I still use it because it’s been serving my needs. That small issue was never enough to make me return it. Especially when, at the time that I bought this vacuum, I got it on major sale. It was already discounted because they were about to stop selling them in stores. Then it was around the time of a holiday. Then they were running a promotion on the Hearth & Hand brand. Then I had a gift card that took a little bit of money off of each item that I bought that day. So, I ended up getting the vacuum for around $35 and some change. Trust me, if I had to pay the original price I would not have bought it. I do think, however, that for a well-known brand/company (and one that I love by the way) to charge THIS MUCH for a cordless/handheld vacuum that has a simple issue like that is just a joke to their customers. Especially when there are other high-end vacuum brands that don’t charge nearly that much and have zero issues with their products. You really are paying for the brand at that point, which is disappointing. I have no idea when they began discontinuing the battery inclusion with this product either, but then decided to keep the price the same as when it was included. When I bought this, the battery was included. That’s an unfortunate downgrade and an insult to the customers who buy the product afterwards as well.

No battery
No battery included. Battery sold separately and couldn't find it on target website. Will be returning and purchasing one that does come with the battery.

No battery
This vacuum doesn’t come with a battery! I had to buy a battery separately for $70. I saw a black version of this vacuum on the target app for $120 that comes with the battery. Is this green color really worth $50 extra dollars, this must be a joke.

Good idea but...
Bought this as Christmas gift for my daughter. She was excited it used same battery as other kitchen aid appliances. She was very disappointed with the lack of suction power and the difficulty opening dust bin without spilling contents all over. Ultimately she returned. So disappointed.

No batteries, no 5 stars
The low review isn't for the product itself. My wife asked for it and loves it. The low review is for Kitchenaid. It is absurd that a) the battery is not included and b) through battery cannot be purchased in stores. Hopefully whoever came up with that business model will be reprimanded (the job market's hard; I'd hate for anyone to be jobless).

Beware: No Battery Included
Battery not included & that is not prominently made known when ordering. I just received the vacuum & can’t even use it to see if I like it. Very annoying that I now need to purchase the battery in order to use the item purchased.

Kitchen vaccuum
Love the suction and the quietness I got it for kitchen table, counter, and cabinet use only.
