Knee Brace, Hinged Bars, Knit Elastic, X-Large

Sad to say I was looking forward to getting this brace when it arrived. I realized it was a miracle. It even got to me. There was nothing left of the packaging and barely something that made it to my address. It looked like someone tried to put it back in the box, I would imagine during shipping or maybe when it was dropped off I live on a small island so people know who you are and if you’re having difficulty of course they will know especially someone who runs a little shop. It was supposed to come with two straps one upper one Lauer this only came with one strap and as I said, no instructions no nothing I tried to clean the dirt off of it obviously besides being without a regular full-size box or packaging it is a miracle that it arrived so for now I’m going to say dreadful rating. If there was one I can’t even use it. I wish I could. I wish I knew how I wish all the straps were there. I would love to see the instructions since they’re not there either. I hope they will send me a refund. In the meantime I have no idea what to do with this item, which is not going to work for anybody missing pieces sorry about that guys.
