SELECTING YOUR SHADE:
Choose this color if you have medium or light copper hair and want to amplify or add copper-gold tones. You can also use this to add copper-gold tones to any medium or light hair color.
HOW TO:
(Read all instructions thoroughly before glossing your hair)
1. wet your hair thoroughly in the shower.
2. mix bottle 1 and 2 together, shake gently and apply all over.
3. wait 10-20 minutes, depending on the result you want, then rinse thoroughly.
4. shampoo and condition as usual.

We would advise you wait a few shampoos after your keratin treatment to use the Signature Hair Gloss. The first week or so is crucial and the hair should be left alone and allowed time to settle from the keratin process. Hope this helps!

A: Hello! Thank you for your question! No, the Signature Gloss shades including Copper Penny will not cover any gray or white hairs. For gray hair we do recommend the Signature Hair Gloss in the shade Platinum to give hair a brighter appearance and remove brassiness. You could also try our Purple Shampoo and Conditioner dedicated to toning that works well on grey hair. It removes unwanted brassiness in the hair while cleansing + conditioning. Hope this helps!

The pigment is great but the colour bleeds!!!! It gets on everything. The red will take over again like it did last time. It's still beautiful, bit it's sad to see my yellows and oranges deepen as thes red takes over before they all begin to fade (right about time for me to head back to my stylist). The colours are ever changing and shifting with each wash because the red that rinses out (even in plain, cold water) deepens thes lighter tones. I don't mind the ever- shifting hair. It's fun and looks like I visit the salon much more often than I actually do.

I think it worth buying between appointments for a little better color. I applied the product as a hair mask and let it sit for 30 min (20 min was recommended) Then got back in the shower to shampoo and condition. Package is simple and easy to use, amount is enough for medium length hair. If u have long hair I recommend to use 2 packages. I can definitely say that my hair just looks healthier and fresh, shiny and glossy, but not much color difference.

I love how the color stays for weeks and keeps hair looking and feeling amazing. Covered my grays. Hair felt absolutely soft. Probably wouldn’t do it again with this particular color because I don’t see much difference. The application is super easy. The smell is pretty much non existent. And it didn’t stain my shower or my skin. I may not have picked the correct color for my hair which could be why I don’t see much difference. But overall the formula and product is pretty nice!

WRONG COLOR! The box and everything I got said copper penny. Behold my surprise when I dry my hair and my previous ginger hair is a chocolate brown. I have never been more devastated.

I was never one to attempt any dye products at home, but in a pinch I tried this gloss and am so glad I did! The color refresh this gives is so natural while adding shine and hydration back into my hair. The scent is as if you are coming from a salon but in a good way. I think it makes my hair smell great and isn’t too strong. I really like how easy the application is and that it comes with everything you need including gloves. The results typically last me about four months before I retouch. For the price and the fact that I’m doing it myself, this gives incredible results and I feel confident after using it.

The color took FOREVER to rinse out of my fine hair — I mean, 45 minutes using a shower wand just a few inches away from my hair. In good news though, it doesn’t seem to have stained my bathtub. The original color was a bit carrot-red, but after 3 washes and a few days, it’s exactly what I had imagined. I’ve received a handful of compliments, too, including a few comments about how natural it looks, which I think speaks to its ability to deposit color uniformly. For reference though, I dye my naturally dirty blonde hair with Clairol’s semi permanent 6A and tried this a few weeks after a recent dye when the color had started to fade. Overall, I’d try this product again, but only if I can’t find something with similar results but way less water waste.

I followed the instructions even down to blow drying my hair. I didn’t see much of a “wow” factor. My hair doesn’t feel any different than it did before and the color is not much different. I don’t feel like it made my hair pop in anyway sadly. I have bought other brands from Target (not gloss) in especially with dye and that has left my hair softer. It is a subtle different so if you don’t want to full on jump to dye this would be a good option.

I’ve purchased this now 2-3 times and while I do feel it is effective with depositing color, I feel like it washed out in 2-3 washes for me and then it’s time to gloss again.. so I don’t think it’s saving me much money in between salon visits. I also have very thick hair that absorbs dyes well and I usually need lots of color for my entire head.. but I found the gloss to be enough for like 3 uses in one bottle.. I appreciate the consideration so we don’t have to do mixing but I feel like it’s wasteful when my entire head of hair is only using up 25% of the bottle.. when it’s fresh it’s a great color, after like 2 washes it looks just how it did pre-gloss.

This is permanent dye. I used copper penny and I cannot even strip this out of my hair. I’m a human traffic cone now because my hair is neon orange and after several attempts to get this out it is still going strong. I’ve washed my hair 10 times and did things I shouldn’t like use dawn soap and it’s still in my hair. If you like this then it’s 5 stars. But if you’re like me and hate the color… well.. be prepared for a bit of hysterics. This should NOT be marketed as a temporary hair gloss.

Really like that it makes my hair more vibrant without changing it drastically. I have naturally strawberry blonde hair that has faded more to brown over time and love that this product makes my hair look more like it used to. Also love that it fades slowly all over and not like a permanent dye with roots coming through.

This hair gloss has been my go since I started doing my hair alone. I like to keep my hair as healthy and I’ve used this product every month for the last year and it has never damaged my hair. It tints and gives your hair such a healthy feeling and look and I’ve only ever gotten compliments. It has a nice scent like you just came from a hair salon. Def worth it.
