    Good until it's not

    The dryer was mostly great, but the concentrator would constantly pop off. One day I noticed the end of the dryer was melting so I assumed maybe that's why the piece kept popping off. Then, the dryer would be so hurt, even on the part I hold, that I could barely dry my hair. I was worried and looking for a new one. Then it suddenly went completely cold. It doesn't get hot at all. It was mostly good until it wasn't. Definitely a safety hazard towards the end.

    The cord is so thick it is easily tangled & twisted and difficult to untwist. Nothing special about the blow drying. I would definitely try a different brand next time.

    Heat Inconsistant!

    I would rate this hairdryer a lot higher if it stayed hot. As it is, it takes a couple minutes for the hot to turn on.... for literally 2 seconds. Then it goes back to warm. Then every 30 seconds it goes hot for 2 seconds, then back to warm. I read reviews on a different site where people stated the same problem, so it's a known issue. The blower is wonderful, but I need heat to dry the hair. Blowing just makes it frizzy.

    So happy i tried this brand! Love everything about this dryer! Feels great in the hand, easy maneuverability, gorgeous color and smooth. Not too heavy and dries super quick without frizz! Where has this been all my life?? 10/10!!
