I am upset over how awful my hair is with the bond repair serum. My hair is crispy and tangles easily and looks greasy. Not happy abut that, since I just trimmed the broken ends. I much prefer the L'oreal Extraordinary oil.

Omg I LOVEEE this shampoo!! When I bought it at first, I had pretty low expectations to be honest. But I was pleasantly surprised at how good this shampoo is. For starters, it's a pretty decent size and it's also really affordable. Loreal is a pretty high end brand so your getting quality at a reasonable price point. But the first time I used this product, I immediately noticed how soft and shiny my hair was. First use! My hair also smelled AMAZING. It smells like a mix of white roses and lemons. Sounds a little gross, but trust me, it smells good in your hair. The smell lasted for DAYS. I could not get over how healthy my hair looked after using this. It lasted pretty long too. I suffer from dandruff and a dry, itchy scalp, and this product really helped with the dryness. It doesn't do too much for dandruff, though. Go with dove or heads and shoulders to tackle that issue. But overall, I really don't have any complaints about this product. Even the packaging is cute! 10/10.

This shampoo is amazing when paired with the conditioner and bond repair treatment. The scent is clean and not overpowering (kind of reminds me of a baby wipe smell??). It is the only shampoo that does not make my hair feel weighed down and greasy after washing. I also really like that it’s under $10!!

This shampoo doesn't lather at all; I have to keep going back and back to add more to my hair just for one wash. It feels as if I'm just adding thick water to my hair, not shampoo. I used to LOVE this shampoo. The new formula smells bad. The texture of the shampoo feels weird as well. It’s almost like dish soap? it did not lather the same either. My scalp felt like it was burning as well. I am so incredibly disappointed and will not be repurchasing one of my favorite shampoos :( bring back the old formula please!
