I really like the lipstick but there is a problem with lipstick falling out of dispenser. I’ve had 3 different ones that have broken off at base and fallen out! I only turn up enough to use and it comes off!

Purchased a new tube of Colour Richie #410 Volcanic. Trying to use to no avail. It will not turn…the tube turns but the lipstick does not come up. Totally unusable!! Very disappointed.

This lipstick is so creamy and beautiful. I love both the cream and pearl options. The pearl gives off a very pretty luster that's not too shimmery. I now have many shades of pinks (peony and tickled are gorgeous) and mauves, as well as the latte shade (pictured), which is such a perfect nude for my olive skin tone. The silverstone shade is also a beautiful everyday neutral mauve shade. This line is pigmented, but the shades run on the more subtle and neutral side, which is great for everyday wear. They also last for hours without drying out my lips. And they have a pleasant smell and no weird taste.

Love this lipstick and the shade (754 Sugar Plum). But why change the tube? There was a perfect little mirror to help with application on the top of the lid which has been marred by a logo. Did a man design this? Surely it was done by someone who doesn’t use the product. It’s the little things, L’Oréal!
