Our Color Fetish Matte Lipstick (and most standard tube lipsticks) does not come sealed in plastic wrap—you’ll typically just see the product inside the tube with a cap on top. If you're concerned about hygiene or suspect the product might be tampered with, here are a few tips: - Inspect the bottom of the tube. A sticker or tamper-evident ring might show if it's been opened. - Check that the bullet is smooth and untouched—no marks or nicks. -Smell it. A fresh, mild scent typically signals a new product. If anything about your lipstick seems off (appearance, scent, application), let us know. Hope this helps!

It was not in my bag, and when I told the manager at the store they said that I had to go online and request a refund but when I did that, they said I have to go back to the store to receive the refund. I just feel like I’m getting the runaround sadly.

I’m so sorry for the back and forth. Since the item was purchased in-store, the refund can only be processed directly through the store. I suggest asking to speak with the manager again and let them know customer care directed you back.
