L'Oreal Paris Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner

I've used this eye liner for over 20 years! Women ask me all the time "what eyeliner am I wearing?) I have referred many, many women to L'Oreal Brush Tip eyeliner over the years. I love this product! ... In my opinion, there's no other. It will surely enhance and complement your eyes. It's stunning!

I’ve tried so many different type of liquid liners with and without felt tips, this one just works. The tip is flexible enough for me to get natural curved lines on my lid without struggling or pulling on my skin. Even on days I’m using my oilier or heavier moisturizers and creams, without prepping my lid in any other way, the product stays on all day without smearing or flaking. It washes away cleanly at the end of the day. It doesn’t irritate my eyes when I’m wearing contacts. Carbon black color is beautiful and striking. I’ve received so many compliments on my eyeliner when I use this product. It does tend to get dried out in the bottle more quickly than I would like it too, however, I’ll take that over a change in formulation. I love this formula and applicator!

Like all of the others here, I’ve used this for decades. Mid-2022, I thought I purchased a bad tube because the formula was different. Since then, every tube has been a bad tube. It is so flaky now. I’m always finding flakes of black in my hairline. It’s gotten embarrassing because people ask if I’ve been painting something. I tried the different black color and buying it at different stores, and it’s clear it’s all like this now. Your long-time customers are talking to you, please listen. I’m switching to a new brand, but will try this one again next year to see if anything has changed.

After reading these reviews, glad to hear it's not just me. I have used this liner for decades. But with the last 3 I bought, it keeps flaking off in clumps! What they heck are you doing?! Why mess with a great product. Instead of a generic reply, why doesn't the manufacturing dept. just figure out what they are doing wrong!

I’ve used this for 20years and now its very clumpy and gets all in my eyes. So disappointed. Bring back the older version.

I've been using this eyeliner for many, many years. No other eyeliner has a brush like this eyeliner and that is what makes all the difference with this eyeliner compared to all others. It's the brush!!!! Why can't you bring back the brown/black color? I know other customers have expressed the same thing about the color. Black is just too harsh for some women, or some women just need a choice. I can't use black. Please bring back the brown/black color!!!

I have used this product for many years. It has a brush applicator which makes it easy to apply a thin line. For years you had a brown/black color and now it is gone. Instead you have two shades of black, which seems redundant. Would also love a gray shade. Please bring it back. I will have to turn to another brand for brown. Blondes don't always want black.

I have been using this liquid eyeliner since I started wearing eyeliner years ago. In Dec. 2022 I bought a new one and I’m so disappointed. It is like glue when I try to remove it at night. It doesn’t go on smoothly. I am here on your site to see if the eyeliner composition was changed. Please return to your original formula. I now have to shop for a new eyeliner . So sorry to discontinue buying this product.

I used this eyeliner for decades, probably since it first launched. It was a powerhouse, regardless of the price. In the past several months I bought 3. I could not understand why one after the other was not performing like it used to. Each of the 3 eyeliners that I bought at different stores gave me the same bad result. The result: cracked lines and clumping within minutes of application, not like the smooth coverage that lasted all day & night ( when too tired to wipe off before bedtime). I guess the formula changed resulting in poor quality. I would literally drive from store to store and stock up fearing L'Oréal would discontinue this product. Time to try other brands. So sad.

This was my go to eye liner for 20+ years. Recent apparent formula change causes clumps and lasts 1/3 as long as before. Am now looking for a new product. I tried 6 rubes before coming to the conclusion that something has changed at the factory.

I second the review by “Lizzy” posted a month ago. I thought at first that I bought the wrong eyeliner, because it was sticky and smudged well after the application. I went to another store 3 weeks later to grab a new one and the same happened!! The formula is AWFUL. I have never had a problem and this used to hands down MY FAV. I too, will need to find a new brand. Bring back the original formula - the company is going to realize soon. SMH.

I have been using this liner since I was a teenager and it has always been my go-to. The pigment is strong and bold and the formula is great. The brush tip is a lot more flimsier than a felt tip but it helps the product go on better. However, I do wish this liner had more colors like maybe a soft brown.

Amazing!! Love!!!! Don’t ever discontinue this liner, it is the best! Can’t live without!

PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!!!! NEW FORMULA IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Ive used this specific eyeliner for over a decade. It was my one and only eyeliner and I literally never used another brand. However, L'Oréal MUST HAVE CHANGED THE FORMULA. Its literally the worst now as it smudges badly after it has dried and has a sticky feel as well (again, the stickiness is AFTER it has fully dried). I have oily eyelids but it has never been a problem, until now. DO NOT BUY as it'll be a waste of your money. I'm honestly so sad because now I need to find another brand and test them all out now. L'Oréal, please change your formula back to the old one. Corporate, if you actually read reviews, pull metrics on sales for this and if you notice a decline in sales, it’s because of the updated formula. Please change it back and let customers know once you do.

Looks good to start but smudged like CRAZY. I looked like I was wearing a smoky eye by the end of the night, with some eyeliner even making it up right below my brow. So bad!
