Like many of the reviewers here, I as well bought this mascara. I also ended up throwing this away because of the difficulty getting the wand into the tube. I ended up having to leave the wand out of the tube and then pitched. Disappointed. I am glad to read I was not the only one with this problem. I expect more from L’Oréal.

Being on a very limited income, I purchased the telescopic mascara.. as I thought it looked amazing..I soon became frustrated .I carefully maneuvered the brush back in the tube each time. My final use resulted in the brush falling off. The tube is now useless. Like $$$$$ down the drain. I would appreciate a refund for two tubes. The second tube is completely unopened.Please help!

This is hands down the worst mascara I’ve ever used in my life. Where are all these 5 star reviews coming from? Are they paid? This mascara is CLUMPY and makes my lashes look shorter if that’s even possible

Sadly, I tend to love a mascara for the first several days and then, as the tube continues, I become disappointed. I have tried so many different brands and types over the last decade trying to find one that I like. This is the first one that has made my list and I have re-bought. I love this mascara!
