The Total Repair 5 Damage Erasing Balm is a deep conditioner that you would use instead of your regular conditioner about 2-3 times a week depending on how often you wash your hair. This is just going to give added strength and repair to the ends of your hair and leave your hair feeling even softer. You do not have to use this product, but this line will be most effective if used all together. We hope this helps!

Q: Can we use it from roots to end for men?I am confused with such products,are they like conditioner not supposed to massage on scalp or we can massage it on scalp?Thank you

A: Hi Pataya! Our recommendation is to saturate your hair with this product, starting on the lengths and ends. If you have dry roots, you can take what is left on your hands and put on your roots. This product is not intended to be massaged directly onto your scalp.

I love this Erasing Balm! I use it with the Total Repair 5 shampoo and conditioner and my hair is so soft and shiny! I usually use Biolage or Redken and this is comparable when you’re on a budget! It doesn’t have much scent but it is thick and creamy! It nourishes and hydrates me fine and brittle long hair! I love how my hair feels and even my husband has complimented my hair since using these 3! I definitely recommend buying this!

Used to use his on the ends of my hair a decade ago and swore by it. They must’ve changed the formula as other people here are saying and my hair fell out for a week after I stopped using it!

Just a warning for fellow blondes, give this product a hard swerve! It contains yellow 5 and yellow 6 coloring and turns your hair VERY yellow after a single use. It immediately made my normally gorgeous cool blonde balayage look like something that came out of a drugstore box dye session. Yuck! I had to saturate my hair in purple shampoo and leave it in to remove all of the yellow coloring this product left behind. There’s a reason hair products are white or clear in color and I’m baffled that they would add yellow dye to their product.

This leaves my hair with a residue, feeling dull, and lifeless. I’ve been using it for almost six months and I’ve finally tossed it. Don’t waste the money. Spend a little more to get the healthier results you want. You get what you pay for.

I saw someone say this gave them similar results to olaplex so for the price I had to try it. This totally revived my ringlets and made my hair feel stronger. My hair felt slightly dry which is normal for me after a protein treatment, but this is WAY more hydrating than most I’ve tried. I also used this on my boyfriend who has wavy hair and it looked so good and less frizzy afterwards. The people who are saying this made their hair brittle might be either overusing it, or protein wasn’t what their hair needed. This is meant as an as needed treatment. Using it too frequently can be too much protein, or your hair might have been feeling dry and brittle from lack of moisture and not protein.

This stuff really helps fried hair! I used this mask after using the L’Oréal Elvive extreme repair shampoo and conditioner and after this first use my hair is already softer and a lot more manageable! With consistent use this should have my hair healthy pretty soon (I wash my hair 2x a week sometimes once a week)

I bought this long time ago. I did not like it because I was using it wrong. Woow, If you wash your hair, and apply it and live it for 20 or 30 mins , then wash it.. is so good!!! My hair is soft and very recovered. I recomend it for all types of hair, even curly.

I love this product! I use it after using my Matrix Brass Off Shampoo. I feel like it makes my hair soft and silky smooth in the shower. I leave it on for like 5 minutes. Once I rinse and dry off it makes my hair easier to brush and soft! I just wish it didn't have alcohol types.

I usually like products from loreal but this made my hair crunchy and dry. It also made my hair prone to tangling - which lead to more hair breakage than usual. The price point is great if this product works for you, but for me, it was a disappointment.
