I liked the smooth application and color. However, the claim that this is waterproof is straight up BUNK mixed in with some hootenanny. Even with primer, this liner had practically disappeared 10 hours later (probably sooner but it was 10 hours before I could get to a mirror to confirm).

I started using this because I wanted a more soft eyeliner look in comparison to a really slick bold liquid eyeliner and this does a great job of that and love smudging it to create that softer but still kinda grungy look. It does not budge either so kinda hard to take off.

I just purchased and it was very dry it skipped and did drag. It flaked off all over my clothing. I could not smudge or blend with out stretching my eye skin
