This is a follow up review to my last one. The company said to contact them after my last review. They said they had no control of how many different beaker creatures you get. They said receiving the same two repeatedly more then a dozen times per box Is fine which is absurd specially for a gift that costs over $100.. I sent them photos of the same two creatures we received as proof like they requested. They replied by saying they would send me two beaker creatures as a one time courtesy for my child being in tears and ruining his birthday. All he wanted were the beakers creatures and they were a huge disappointment..once they asked me for my address and date they completely disappeared and no longer answer my emails when I request an update on shipping information. It's been four months and they have proven to be unprofessional, liars, and I recommend staying away from this company. This is not the right way to treat a loyal customer which you have now lost for good specially after falsely stating you'd send two replacement and getting child's hopes up once again only to fail.. This holiday season I refused to buy anything from them and have warned others to stay away. Save yourself the money and your child from complete disappointment and buy something else.

My child loves breaker creatures so much we got him the 24 pack as gift for his 7th birthday. This is beyond upsetting and disappointing. The box contained only two creature types so my son began to cry when he kept getting the same ones over and over again. Where are the rest? This is such a ripoff! It does not make me buy more as this seems like a scam.

The 24-pack only had 5 different creatures and the effervescent effect was not really working. Where the pods old?

I'm afraid I purchased a 24-pack of duds! I am not happy with the Series 2 Beaker Creatures I purchased for my grandson's birthday. For Christmas, I got him a smaller pack of Series 1 Beaker Creatures, and they were fantastic! They bubbled and fizzed and were totally entertaining and fun. But so far, we've used about 9 out of this 24-pack, and they don't bubble at all. They fizz some, but mostly they don't do much. Sometimes 1/4 of the coating comes off as one big hunk. They're not fun. They're not entertaining. They're duds! My grandson and his little sister are so disappointed, as am I.
