I bought this product as an item to practice building (standing ones). However, you can’t construct very high builds with these since they aren’t very stable once you add a few together. But, what I do love about these are that they are great for learning colors, color matching, sensory bins and counting.

The Buddy Builders are fun for kids to make towers, patterns, counting and learning their colors. They are sturdy and well made. You do have to give them a good push sometimes so they don't come apart. Fun building for little hands, and plenty to share!

Granddaughter likes to keep them to colour at moment but I'm sure she will soon play with them indifferent ways.Love that they come in storage jar

Very easy and quick!

We took these on vacation and they were a big hit with the nephews that liked to sort the colors and stack towers to knock over. My wife liked that they cleaned off easily and I liked that there were enough that they were not fighting over them. Cool toy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would highly recommend this product. My 5 year old and 3 year old love playing with them and connecting the people together. They like to make patterns out of the different colors as well. My 1 year old is able to grip them easily and loves taking them in and out of the container. This is a toy that will definitely get a lot of use, but is educational at the same time. Highly recommend!

I love the canister the pieces come in because it makes storing this a piece of cake. The handle on the canister is great for little hands to carry it around from place to place. The building pieces are awesome. I love all the different colors...there are 8! They also come in 4 different shapes. We have played with this activity may different ways. Sorting by color and shape, counting the colors and shapes, building according to directions given by Mommy. This is such a great fine motor activity. I love to play with it as much as my kids. We have taken it with us in the car and taken it into places where I need the kids to stay quiet. I would recommend this to to everyone. I received this product as part of an incentivized review program, and am so glad I did! My kids, 4 & 6, love playing with them, trying to figure out new formations and color patterns each time. The figures have a really nice color, and the material is high quality. The pieces go together very easily, and then stay connected as the kids build. The packaging is really nice. The container, lid and handle are pretty heavy duty, so I can see using it for storage and having it hold up for a long time.

My family was out at dinner and the wait time was long. I remembered I had this in my car and ran to get it. This was perfect to occupy my kids (6 and 7) while we waiting for our table and food. They challenged each other to stack and build as high as they could without it falling. This would be a great time for younger kids to sort and build dexterity.

I purchased this item and left it in my car trunk for nights when our family went out to dinner. I really try to avoid bringing our iPad or giving them or phone to kill the wait time. Instead, I brought this jar and had them play/stack/build pyramids. They even came up with their own game of each taking turns adding a figurine without having it topple over. The time flew by! They weren't very happy when I had to take it away because our dinner was ready - that's a good sign of a fun product!

These are great. They entertained my 2.5 year old for quite some time stacking and having them fall down and stacking them again. Easy enough to attach to one another and sturdy enough to stay together. The carrying bucket is great for storage with so many small pieces and we have actually thrown a couple in the car and a few in the diaper bag to entertain the little ones on trips and in restaurants. They're easily washable if they get all 'gooey' during a meal, there are plenty to share and it entertains mom and dad while we're all waiting! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because they don't really stand up on their own to build pyramids, etc.
