Q: I bought this model 200S-p. Is this the same model as 200s? what does the P mean? Also, the advertisement says it’s true Hepa and image on box shows it, in store the box does not so does that mean product changed to no true Hepa?

Q: how do you replace the filter? I have a model 201S-ausr. Also is the manual replaceable since this was a gift and it came without manual.

First night we used this months of nasal problems from allergies disappeared. Literally been months since my husband and i could breathe easily at night, usually the pollen or the dust or cat dander would cause us to wheeze and be stuffed up all night long. My crappy apartment complex gave me three of these to combat smoke coming from the downstairs neighbors. I put two in my bedroom and one in the living room. Still smoky. Maybe my crappy neighbors are just out smoking it but these don’t help and I still ended up at the doctor’s office. The one in my living room was decent though. Still smoky but it did clear out the wet dog smell that lingered after taking my dog out for a potty break after a storm. Has anyone else noticed how the bad reviews on this item had tons of down votes?

I bought this for my son who suffers from tons of allergies. He’s always struggled with a stuffy nose as soon he goes to bed. I bought this because I read such great reviews about the brand. We keep it on high 24/7 in his room, we have already replaced the filter two times. When I tell you it is like night and day the way he sleeps at night, I mean it! This collects so much dust! I make sure to vacuum the filter every two weeks in between replacements. It also has an app that notifies me of when the filter needs to be replaced. This was 100% worth the money.

This is amazing. I recently found out that I have seasonal allergies, and after getting this, it has helped me breathe a lot better. The app works fantastic. It tells you about the pollen count and what types of pollen might be out and around you at that time. It also keeps you indicated at the functionality percentage of the air purifier. I’ve had it for about a month now and it’s gone down about 10%. the nice thing is is that you can buy inserts to help change it out. It also comes with many different settings, you can turn on a light, you can do night mode, high medium low. It’s great. it has truly been a lifesaver.
