Fantastic, Stunning, Picture
The brightest brights and darkest darks. Seriously, it takes about 6 months to get used to the realistic lighting. Visually stunning movies like Rebel Moon, it's like seeing it for the first time. I watched Chapelwaite and could not get over the dark gloomy feel along with the bright candle lighting and moody skies look fantastic. There is just not enough content to satisfy all craving for this eye candy.

I regret my purchase. Image retention after 1 yr.
I now have significant image retention after only a year and a half of use. I follow the exact same viewing habits on my 2017 OLED--which still performs perfectly--so there’s no excuse for this kind of degradation from a flagship LG display. My usage has been very light: just 1 to 2 hours of varied news content, 4 to 5 days a week. then 1 to 2 hours/day of varied content the rest of the time. All OLED care settings are turned on and I have never used the TV at max brightness. Pixel cleaning helped slightly but did not solve the problem. This level of performance is completely unacceptable for a premium television in this price range. I contacted LG several weeks ago and have received no response. Yes, the picture quality was excellent, until the screen became unusable. But what’s the point of a high-end TV if you’re afraid to use it because the pixels degrade so quickly? Sadly, I regret my purchase.

Not a great deal for only 1 year of use.
Bought the top of the line 77" G3 just over a year ago, and while watching TV tonight it got a vertical red line then immediately shut off. Now when turning it on, the red line appears and the unit just shuts back off. Tried to contact support but I'm given a notice that it's out of warranty! I bought this unit because it has a 5-year warranty. It had a beautiful picture with deep dark blacks and rich colors, not sure what to do now with over 4.5 years of warranty coverage that I cannot access.

Slim wall mount garbage hardware.
Wallmount that comes with it is trash. Anchors don't seat in wall properly, even with 4 extea anchors installed mount pulled out of the wall. Just mount to studs!

OK OLED
This is my first OLED. Honestly, I expected more. It isn’t dramatically better than my 55” LG from 7/8 years ago. More 4K offerings might help, eventually. I am a sports watcher and suppressed settings for sports would be helpful. Lots of setting suggestions online for movies & Netflix but not much for sports.

Beware of spyware
Panel needed replaced within 8 months but luckily was under warranty. It’s an incredible TV but it is very sad that it opts you in to monitoring you by default. Is basically spyware unless you turn it off in the settings.

Great picture

I knew oleds produced the darkest blacks but didn't realize they also seem to have the brightest whites. This replaced my plasma tv and didn't think I could get a better picture but this proved me wrong. Definitely no regrets on this one

Cannot put your own content in Gallery Mode.
I bought this model because it led me to believe I could put my own content in gallery mode. It turns out you cannot, despite LG advertising that you could. Very disappointed. Planning to return TV. However, the picture is amazing.

Best Picture Ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed a few months ago. EXCELLENT picture quality. I’ve never seen better. Deep blacks next to bright whites, how do they do that. However, the remote control is difficult to use in low light because of unmarked or poorly marked buttons. WebOS seems to work fine.

Firmware tv breaker
Bought it about a month ago, updated firmware. Tv not working, waiting now 2 to 3 weeks now for repair.

GREAT picture
I have had my 65" OLED G3 TV for one month. The picture is beautiful, bright, and crisp. The adjustment controls aren't great to get to, but there are so many options that it's understandable that there are multiple menus which take some practice to navigate.

Great picture and sound
Brought this in June. Took over 50 days for the delivery - that was a real bummer. Picture and sound are great. Instructions are really not clear when connections with Alexa - cannot use function adequately because it seems to screw uup. So learn to reset the system without using Alexa. Otherwise all is well. Installation with Handy service was great. Professional - showed up on time and did it quickly. Get your own mounting set because that is worth the money. We did and the Handy people were glad we did not use the one provided with the TV.

Mixed review
At its best, the picture is better Than anything I have seen. The only problem is consistency across source material. Too often, a new source - say, streamed video, disc or cable - is overly Dark or rich, and we have to go in and fine-tune the picture all over again.
