This TV might get you through a year or two, but don’t expect long-term reliability. I had the TU8000 and it barely lasted a year and a half before developing issues. I had it repaired, but even that fix didn’t hold up for another year. Disappointing experience overall.”

I just purchased het crystal uhd u8000f 43 inch, I have small room. Very frustrating setting up the tv when you stream multiple services. I do not care for this simple remote, I would prefer a universal remote with all the selections. I am having a hard time finding one for this specific tv. Any suggestions on where to buy one, that would be great.

It’s a Crystal-clear resolution with a 4K processor, with Knox Samsung security. The quality is so amazing with vibrant colors, images are lifelike and the sound is very crystal clear. It is so easy to install and connect with your Smart App. The MetalStream design is a create feature and with endless free content on this Motion Xcelerator 60Hz, how can i not be happy! Family time movie nights have been a popular in my house when its paired with my Samsung sound bar system with the utilizing the Q-symphony feature. i wish they had some more HDMI ports it would have been useful especial with a family with kids, there is always other electronics to add and use the TV for. I definitely recommend this product if you are in search for a great TV in your house, it has some great features.

Good quality but won’t find any available wireless networks therefore we cannot use it for anything but PS5. The PS5 will connect but the tv itself will not therefore, we cannot use it as a smart tv for apps and streaming. Very disappointed.

The TV came and the box was damaged and the TV cracked. They will not allow a return. Fedex just dropped it off when they delivered. I always order from Target bc they used to use UPS to deliver.

Box arrived partially opened. Tv was broken on the bottom and the back coming off. The way it was in the box showed clearly it had been broken and returned to the store then target sent it to me. No excuse for this. I called customer service and they offered me $10. What a joke. I told them to keep it

We still can’t figure out how to get the apps we want on the TV. It is very confusing trying to figure out to fix anything in the settings. Setting up and navigating a Tv should not be this difficult. Not sure I would choose another Samsung product.

This is a replacement of my last Samsung TV, which when out barely outside of a year after I purchased it. Samsung did nothing about it. Honestly, I probably should have moved on to a different product even though all the tv's in my house are Samsung. I wanted to give Samsung another try. I'm not sure what's up with this tv. Everything is so big. I've tried to change the aspect ratio to 16:9 because I truly believed that was the problem. Imagine my surprise when I realized the tv was already on 16:9! This tv is a disappointment. I might keep it because my son wants to use it, but for the family room, it's a no for me, so I'm not sure yet. I wouldn't recommend this particular tv at all; do not buy.

The sound quality is fine without any additional speakers and the picture quality is so realistic that it’s like the people are almost three dimensional. We have been so well satisfied with Samsung televisions that we didn’t even consider anything else. We have the new one in our living room cabinets and the older one in our garage over our treadmill.

Confirm external device setup: Make sure the external device (such as a cable box, game console, or Blu-ray player) is securely connected and powered on. On your TV, go to: Home > left directional key > Connected Devices > Sources, and confirm the correct input is selected. 2. Reconnect and test cables: Remove and firmly reconnect all HDMI or AV cables between your TV and the external device. Try using a different cable if possible. 3. Power cycle your equipment: Unplug the power cords to your TV and the connected devices. Wait 30 seconds, then plug them back in and power on each device. 4. Run a Picture or Sound Test: These tests help determine if the issue lies with the TV or the connected device. Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test or Sound Test. 5. Use HDMI Troubleshooting: Home > left directional key > Connected Devices > Connection Guide > Video Device > HDMI Troubleshooting. Upon purchasing this TV and getting it set up it was immediately evident that this product had a much better picture. The black was much deeper and the overall optics were deeper. More detailed. We hanes been very pleased with this product and have been replacing all our tv's with Samsung tv's. We have gone from a family we previously owned no Samsung tv's to currently owning 3.
