@DaveC25 you posted a review abouth this tv not having a mute button. You can mute it though, apparently by pressing and holding for 1sec the center/volume rocker/roller button and it will toggle mute function ON/OFF. I'm sure you've figured this out a while ago, though. But yeah, a seperate mute button would also be awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. The 83-inch size is truly amazing and provides an incredibly immersive viewing experience. The image quality is stunning, and the TV is very easy to use, thanks to the excellent and responsive software. I'm also very impressed with the AI features and the overall sound quality. For those with a separate audio setup, the ARC functionality works perfectly, as I've connected it seamlessly to my external amplifier. This is a fantastic product and I highly recommend it.

White pixels in the middle of brand new TV
The day TV was delivered it had white spots. Not happy with an expensive TV with white pixels in the middle of the screen and that with only 1 year warranty. My first experience with LG TV, and I regret it.

Enjoy watching my new C5 83inch Oled immensely especially with the additional soundbar but the TV's speakers are fine as well. Feel like I'm in a cinema and immersed compared to the much smaller 54inch LG lcd I previously had...

Disappointed by non existent HDMI compatibility
Frustrating. We upgraded from a smaller LG OLED after only 7 years. The old TV was fully integrated via HDMI with all our Home Cinema devices and remotes. New TV offers no such integration unless devices are "LG compatible". I now have to use three remote controls: one for Satellite, one for Home Theatre and one for the TV.

Amazing TV with awful delivery
I love LG OLED TVs. I own OLED TVs from LG and other brands, but LG is clearly my favorite—its color just looks better to me. I also own a QLED TV, and honestly, once you’ve experienced an LG OLED, it’s hard to go back, even if another TV has a bigger screen. However, the delivery was completely unacceptable. The delivery crew was unprofessional and careless. They refused to remove their dirty shoes despite my request and didn’t even have shoe covers. Worse, they claimed it was “too risky” to move the TV down the stairs even though there was enough space and a safe path. It genuinely felt like they were just trying to avoid doing the job. I shouldn’t have to stand there and direct the delivery team step-by-step just to get a TV brought downstairs. LG needs to stop outsourcing to amateur crews and use properly trained, professional delivery personnel. This experience seriously damaged my trust in LG’s delivery service.

Thanks to OLED technology, blacks are deep and colors are rich and accurate, which makes movies, dramas, and games extremely immersive. The TV supports a 144Hz refresh rate, and it really shows when gaming. Gameplay feels incredibly smooth with no noticeable stuttering or screen tearing, even during fast-paced scenes. It performs excellently for both console and PC gaming. The built-in speakers deliver surprisingly solid sound quality. While an external sound system would enhance the experience further, the internal audio is more than sufficient for everyday viewing, with clear dialogue and balanced sound. Movie and Gaming Star Performer

The picture looks unreal — blacks are truly black, colors pop, and everything looks super sharp on the big screen. Games feel smooth and responsive with no lag that I can notice, even in fast action. Good picture, Sound and Remote disappointing.

Can't fault the picture. Sound volume unreliable and is fine one second and almost silent when adverts come on. Hopefully a firmware update will address but I'm looking at third party remotes.

Poor wireless connection
1.Intermittent bluetooth connection, also connection within very short distance, once out of the range (2 meter) automatically disconnected. 2. Alexa, lagging and unresponsive!

Great Display
I had the TV for about a month, I am very happy with the quality of the picture and the features. We're so happy with LG quality, this is the second LG OLED TV that I have purchased in 3 years. They deliver better than I expected.
