[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading strong early impressions, I decided to invest in the new LG C5 OLED and it absolutely delivers. The picture quality is outstanding: deep, true blacks, vibrant yet natural colours, and razor-sharp detail. Even average content looks elevated thanks to the excellent processing. This is a big upgrade from our previous 65” LG OLED, and the jump in quality is much more noticeable than expected. The C5 isn’t just a refresh it feels like a whole new tier. In fact, it’s so impressive that I now wish I’d gone for the 83” version. I hesitated at the time, unsure how it would look sitting wider than our TV console, but with how immersive the display is, I’d gladly take the extra screen size now. Design-wise, it’s also a standout. The profile is extremely sleek and minimal, and even the rear panel looks premium, with a black marble-style finish that feels a cut above the usual plain plastic backs most TVs have. A couple of practical notes: • Reflections: The screen is more reflective than expected. If you have lots of natural or overhead light, be mindful of placement. Once you get the positioning right, though, the image quality really shines. • Sound: Audio quality is decent given the ultra-slim chassis, realistically there’s only so much you can get from such a compact enclosure. If you’re spending this much on a TV, a soundbar should probably be a given. I have it connected to a 7.2 home theatre system, so audio isn’t a concern in my setup. All up, the LG C5 OLED is one of the most impressive tech upgrades I’ve made. If you’re considering one, just go for the bigger size, you’ll thank yourself later.

We have amazing family movie nights and the kids love playing their video game systems on it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the LG 77 C5 to replace my LG 65 CX. Nothing wrong with the CX just wanted to go bigger. As I already owned a OLED tv I wasnt expecting a big wow factor as I did when I went from a LED. The C5 blew me away. The picture quality is awesome and colours are so strong and the blacks are blacks. With the older CX I had to close the blinds to reduce the glare, but what ever they have done to reduce the glare and make the screen brighter definitely works. Another issue with the CX was dark scenes it was sometimes hard to make out details but this is now not an issue on the C5. Sound is also a lot better on the C5 but I use a sound bar so this was something that wasnt going to change. The new opperating system takes a bit of getting use to, but is a lot better as you can customise more. The remote has lost a few buttons and is a little slimmer. In all honestly for such and expensive tv the remote looks and feels cheap, but you dont buy a tv for the remote. Last point a few changes to make straight away. Use film maker mode for all media and also switch of energy saving mode. You want the full brightness as thats why you paid for.

We use it in there all the time, and that room gets a lot of sun during the day. This TV does a great job with that it's really bright, so I don't really see glare, which was important for us. The OLED picture is just awesome. Colors really pop, and the dark parts are super dark, which makes everything look good. I'm actually watching old movies again because they look so much better on this thing. Gaming is way better now too. You really get into it, and it's a great way to relax after a long day. My wife likes it a lot too, especially the cool art screensaver it has. It makes the screen look like art when we're not watching, and it's good for the screen. Watching 4K in this is incredible and as good if not better than going to the cinemas. Contrast is just next level with its inky blacks. Prior to purchasing this I had read a lot about OLED tv’s struggling in bright room and I don’t think that’s true. Normal shows works great in my well lit living room. The only minor criticism I have is that watching dark shows (like Silo) in a well lit room gives a bit of reflection. But again very minor point and if this would bother you, then spring for the G5.

We have been searching for an upgrade from our current and we already own quite a few LG products, so we knew a TV from LG was going to be what we were looking into. The moment this arrived and we took it out of the box, a shock for one how big it was and two, how thin! Literally so amazing for our living room space already. Once we installed it on the wall and turned it on, the clarity difference, the sound, and just the over all experience 10/10. The remote is even an experience and I say that coming from having an old tv that was not a smart tv lol. You can control it like a wireless controlled, scroll, and it was easy to navigate the functions. We are beyond happy with our purchase and so glad we finally upgraded. This review is compared with my older TV (>10 years old non LG) and the ability to set it up. If I cannot even choose the source of inputs easily in 2025 and the source is sticky, as in, does not go back to another one, I don't get the design at all. After 20 minutes and multiple attempts to download and run YouTube TV, I am asked to repeatedly sign into LG accounts, with a alphabet by alphabet entry, and it still does NOT work. Pathetic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just moved into a new house and this LG TV was one of our biggest purchases. I will say the look of the TV is sleek and size worked out well although I was worried about a 77. The quality of the screen is unmatched! Watching on shows on this new TV has been elevated. My favorite part was the free installation and mounting came with the order too. We had no issues setting it up or using it afterwards. Although everything is great about this TV I did feel like it was overpriced. Overall this is the end of the line best TV out there and we are very happy with it!

Great icon buttons on the remote control making it quicker and easier to access our favourite shows. Sound it crystal clear and syncs perfectly with our Sonos. Energy efficient. Only downside was power cable is attached to the TV making it tricker to channel into the wall.

Tons of connectivity options but really not needed since the LG apps have everything, even Crunchyroll! Sounds amazing as it has Dolby Atmos but I have it connected to my sound system. Remote is the best since it's intuitive but also works as a mouse! Highly recommend this TV
