While the sound quality is top notch, the bar interferes with our internet to such a degree that no matter what work around we did (separate WiFi / 2.5 vs 5ghz / moving the router etc etc etc), the ONLY solution that worked was removing the bar all together. The TV was utterly unwatchable with the bar in the room.

I have tried every conceivable way to get my S95TR working properly. HDMI from the bar to eARC port on my LG G5 OLED, also tried optical connection, and the wireless option. No matter what I do or how I change the settings the sound this bar emits is entirely hollow and tinny. Voices sound extremely bright and the constant giant fluctuation of volume throughout most programs is driving my better half insane. In order to hear normal voices you have to turn it way up… first action scene and you are forced to manually adjust the volume way back down. This is further complicated by the new remote included with the LG G5 which mutes the program entirely when you hold the volume down button for more than 2 seconds. WoW orchestra does not improve anything and as far as I can tell the TV’s native speakers do not emit any sound when this feature is enabled which is a shame because the built in speakers in the G5 sound fantastic when compared to the soundbar alone. I wish the soundbar added to rather than replaced the TVs sound output but alas no it does not. I wish I had something better to say about the S95TR but I woefully regret this purchase and now my only hope is for a firmware update that fixes this untunable audio nightmare.

Regular TV sounds better than this bar. After AI calibration you cannot hear the surround sounds or sub. You are forced to download an app in order to use the product. I received this product free with my TV and it is was a waste of technology and materials. The design is nice but quality is non-existent.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and I love how immersive the sound feels. The simulated surround sound is impressive and creates a cinematic experience especially for movies and gaming. It’s not a true surround sound system, so if that’s important to you, I definitely recommend picking up the optional wireless rear speakers. Bluetooth connectivity is solid and pairing with my phone was easy. We've been utilizing the TV speakers but the soundbar has been an incredible addition to our movie watching! We are able to hear the sound clearly and it has enhanced how we watch movies. We've also been able to listen to music in our bedroom through the soundbar and its been pretty impressive! I can't recommend this soundbar enough. I've been using this soundbar for couple of days, and I am impressed. The sound quality is very clear, and deep bass. Dialogue in drama is much easier to hear, and music sound effect is cinematic. Great value for the money, I recommend it.

It has totally transformed the bedroom into our own personal movie theater. Dolby Atmos and DTS:X fill the entire room for a fully immersive experience. He loves it for Netflix and Marvel movies, but I love it most for blasting my spotify music in the mornings. :) The wireless connectivity is also a game changer for cutting out the need for a special receiver along with the built in voice assistant…this soundbar is truly elite. Unable to add S90TR to ThinQ app. Called support and they said this model isn’t compatible with the app. The error message in the app says my device is registered in a different country? The owners manual indicates 20+ times to use the app. What a mess. Using the remote and audio commands to control this is insane for an MSRP of almost a thousand dollars. The old LG Soundbar app is deprecated so I can’t use that either.
