Insufficient support for side sleeping, terrible customer support. Lincove brags all over about their commitment to their customers, promising to help you find the ideal pillow should you buy the wrong one. Well, my experience was thoroughly underwhelming--after giving the pillow a fair shake for 2 weeks, i reached out to their support, who informed me the only firmer pillow in their collection costs, no joke, MORE THAN SIX TIMES what this pillow cost me. Beyond that, the support reps could barely be bothered to answer my emails. Thank you Target for 90 day returns.

At first I was like yay my pillows got here! But what a disappointment not worth the money I spent. Not even a month and these pillow cases are flat.

Unsure of the quality of the actual pillows.. they arrived so damaged and disgusting, void of any hygienic covering, they most certainly will not be added to my bedding collection!! The target website shows the pillows in very nice protective packaging, but that was absolutely nothing close to what I received!! These were quite literally busting out of the cheap quality plastic bag they were shoved into and sent to my home.. I fail to see the luxury that justifies the cost, since these were not cheap!! Target was completely useless in covering my purchase and when speaking to the actual Lincove company, their rep was very brash and uninterested but reluctantly issued a re-shipment of the pillows that arrived damaged and the pillow covers I never received to begin with. After reading other reviews, I see fellow customers have experienced the same garbage packaging/shipping, UNHYGIENIC issues I am currently dealing with..

These pillows are a really good value. They are comfortable and well stuffed. Not super firm but firm enough. So nice & comfy!!The price / quality is excellent and I would have expected to pay much more for these pillows. Fits well in our king size pillow cases. For me these have been perfect experience and I love these pillows. These are just like hotel pillows squishable, moldable , adjustable,breathable, soft but supportive , easy to re-fluff in the morning and best of all wallet approved!Highly recommended!!

These pillows are both soft and supportive at the same time. I typically sleep either on my side or back and it is comfy both ways. My pillowcases fit nicely.

I absolutely love these pillows. If I knew what sleeping on a cloud felt like, I could almost guarantee this is comparable. They're nice and heavy duty so no chance of going flat. It doesn't make me sweat. I've not experienced a more perfect pillow in all my 36 years. I could not recommend this more, and what's even better is it's a 2 pack, so I have one when the time comes to replace this piece of heaven.

These pillows are designed to mimic the feel of luxury hotel pillows and after my husband has had a few night sleep on them, he can confirm this to be true. They are filled with a down-alternative material that provides support and softness. Since I am allergic to down, I needed a safe alternative and I am happy we found these pillows. My husband is a side sleeper and I am a back sleeper and we both found them to be very comfortable.
