Q: I have lost the manual. How can I get the instructions?

A: Please note the clock needs to be plugged in. its not portable and cannot be charged. If screen is blank it may be on Standby mode. Push the (I) button (the upper most button) to turn on/off standby mode Wireless Charging Instructions: 1. Connect one end of the USB charging cable to a power adapter. 2. Insert the other end of the cable into the Type-C port. 3. Place your mobile phone on the wireless charger within the designated charging area.’ 4. Unpeel plastic film from display (it may seem like there are scratches on the screen, but its just on the plastic film) Clock Function Usage: 1. Upon powering on, the clock displays default settings: o Time: 06:00 o Date: 2020.01.01 2. Use the up key to toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour formats. Long-press for two seconds to enable or disable the alarm function. 3. Press the down key to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius for temperature display. 4. Use the setting key to enter the setting mode, allowing adjustments for hour, minute, alarm hour, alarm minute, year, month, and day. The setting mode automatically exits after 15 seconds of inactivity.

A: Normal mode defaults to 24H system, short press up and switch to 12/24H system. You can set it as 24h for military time

Initially loved the clock. Looks sleek. Wireless charging works as expected. Have only had the clock 6 months and it’s already malfunctioning. Display won’t stay on, numbers fade in and out or disappear altogether. Wouldn’t buy again.

Alarm clock came in a plain cardboard box with nothing in it. Upon trying to program, we found that the clock is impossible to set. Additionally it feels very cheaply made.

The temperature and wireless charging are great but I can’t keep the time on the screen. It keeps rotating between the numbers 325 and the time. Nothing in the instructions to fix and can’t find resolution online.

Bought three of these for our vacation home. They look sleek and not cheap, but they are incredibly light so don’t “feel” expensive. But who feels a clock?! Ha. The charging feature is fantastic. And I really like knowing the room temperature. I’m quite happy with these. I’d even buy more for our residence but they’re currently sold out.
