Q: Is there a specific way to open this bottle? I keep twisting the dispenser but it wont pop open :(
A: If you have attempted to open the dispenser and still has not 'popped' to allow pumping, please return for exchange in case it may have been a defective pump
submitted byMJ - 3 years agoTarget staff supportA: The new bottles have this PROBLEM! SOLUTION: the dispenser has a small collar that isn't actually part of the main cap. Gently keep the collar from moving and release plunger/dispenser!

Q: Does it have a smell or doesn't it? I see comments saying it smells terrible!
A: No smell to this soap. When I was pouring it into my dispenser, there was the tiniest bit of smell (so they haven't added any fragrance to mask the natural scent of the cleaning agents!), but I don't smell it when I use it, and it leaves no odor on my hands.

Q: Does this have a smell? I'm looking for fragrance free. Can I pour this soap out of this pump into my own decorative pump? Is there a refill size of this?

Q: are the packaging bottles plastic, recyled plastic, or glass? We are trying to get to plastic free. most of our dispensers are glass.

Q: I purchased the wrong soap for my dispenser. I need the foam soap and purchased the regular one. Is there a way to adjust the regular to work in the foam dispenser?

Q: Is there an expiration date on this hand soap

An Everspring liquid hand soap does not have a hard expiration date, but its effectiveness and quality will diminish over time. Commercially produced liquid hand soaps have a shelf life of about two to three years. After this period, the ingredients can break down, causing changes in the soap's scent, color, and consistency.
