A: The soap gets thick and turns white when the temperature drops (like how oils solidify when cold). Works great in warmer months/climates. You can fix it by placing the bottle near heater/in warm water

Q: Is the dish soap okay to use when it has solidified and turned white before we even opened it? Two bottles are like that, the rest are clear and liquid. Is it bacteria or unsafe?

Hardens under certain room temperature
This soap works well when in its liquid state, but I keep the heat fairly low in my house in the winter–around 64º–and this soap hardens and then clogs up the nozzle. I've never had a dish soap do this before, so I won't be buying this again because it's annoying.

Looks like conditioner
I ordered this once and it was clear as described. I ordered it again recently and received a thick, white solution inside the bottle instead of clear. It has the look and consistency of conditioner. I talked to someone from customer service who was willing to send me a replacement bottle at no charge. However, the replacement bottle had the same substance in it. So I'm not entirely sure what is in these recent 2 bottles, but it is not clear dish soap. At best, it could be hand soap or dishwasher detergent. But without knowing what exactly it is, I'm afraid to use it.
