Save you money
I bought this product in December of 2023 and within 6 months, I noticed that food was sticking to the bottom while cooking. I’ve always hand washed the Dutch oven and over time, I noticed the coating wearing off. I’m currently looking for a better quality Dutch oven.

I don't even know why I bother ordering from Target anymore. It's a complete crapshoot with how they ship items. When my beautiful red Lodge Dutch oven arrived, I was SO excited -- until I saw the chip in the enamel. They literally threw this high-quality piece of cookware into an oversized box with a single sheet of paper and a bottle of lotion. If I didn't have to worry about the area around the chip potentially rusting, this would absolutely be a 5-star review. I love the durability of Lodge products, and this red color? Absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship of the Dutch oven itself is top-notch -- it's just Target's shipping that's the problem. Would I buy a Lodge Dutch oven again? Absolutely. Would I order it from Target? Hard pass.

Chipped even though Very Careful
I loved the way this pot cooked and used it only 3 x. Was extremely careful because it's enamel plus we have a glass cooktop and this thing is very heavy! There was no slamming or banging going on. I went to wash it after it was cooled completely and noticed two small chips out of the inner lid. One small chip was on the stove top. Where did the other end up? Probably in our dinner. :( TBH, I am currently working with Lodge on a solution because I do want a new one!

RUSTED AFTER FIRST USE
Don't buy this unless you like your food to taste like rust. Used this only once and the lip of the lid rusted and ran down the sides of the pot. Not able to remove the rust stains without ruining the finish. Should have saved the $80 spent on this piece of crap and put it toward a Le Creuset dutch oven.

Missing rubber feet on trivet
I like the Dutch oven but it came with a trivet that was missing several rubber protectors on the trivet. Makes it wobbly when Dutch Oven is put on it.

Don't waste your money
Absolute garbage received Dutch oven with a crack down the side. The box was perfect, this was clearly shipped damaged, I read a few reviews that said 5he same, but figured they couldn’t be that much of a sbag company, but they are!

Wanted to love it :(
This Dutch oven has not held up over 6 months, hand washing only. The enamel is chipping on both the lid and pot and it actually cut me pretty bad when washing one night. Sadly, I can’t recommend this due to the deterioration, especially considering the price point.
