  • A: In the box, I got one USB plug in adapter but no USB adapter for the keyboard (missing from the keyboard cover located next to the batteries) so I will be returning it, and one mouse. Keyboard is somewhat quiet but not quiet enough as I hoped.

    Less than 6 months use, needs to be replaced.

    I bought this in September of 2025 and have been using it consistently at work since then (6 months total) and the left click on the mouse has already stopped working consistently. I have to push way harder and faster on it than the right clicker and still doesn't work everytime. Up to this point, I loved the combo - the keyboard has a nice, smooth operation, but there is only 1 dongle, so I can't replace just the mouse. Very disappointing to have such a limited use life.

The keyboard functions flawlessly, however the mouse has ceased to operate since January. Despite replacing the battery, the issue persists.     Stopped working.

    I bought it and the mouse lagged but it was so cute and went with my stuff perfectly so I didn’t want to return and pushed through it. Now months later it completely is cutting in and out. I work remotely so I need a good fast mouse. I do not recommend

    F4 doest work in excel

    If you’re trying to use this for excel heavy job - the F4 key does not make a cell an absolute it opens the calculator and I haven’t been able to find a way to override / remap it. It’s cute but wouldn’t recommend for a financial job

    Mouse is the star.

    The mouse is the star of the show. I would have liked the keyboard to have on/off button. This is a mid level model. I would not recommend the starter model which is around $20/25. Go up a model. The mouse is very crisp and smooth. Works very well.
