A: Hi, thank you for your question about the Up & Up Loperamide Suspension. The recommended adult dose is 30 mL after the first loose stool; 15 mL after each subsequent loose stool; but no more than 60 mL in 24 hours. Dont be cheap - get Immodium!
I usually purchase Imodium when struggling with the most annoying ailment known to mankind but this did nothing for me. Not only does it taste worse but takes a very long time to work. I’ll buy the name brand next time for sure!

Not all off- brands work like or better than their name brand counterparts and this one is no exception to the rule. I had to buy Imodium which meant I paid more and should have bought the Imodium in the first place. The only reason why I bought this one is because I dislike opening the tedious pill packets. I’d rather open the tedious pill packets. I had eaten some ice cream without noticing it contained “milk chocolate” instead of just regular chocolate and yeah. Just get the Imodium!

The medicine did its job and got my littles (2 different children, different times) to stop having diarrhea so they could rest finally. However, the taste is really bad and it may have been a one time use now that they're aware of how bad it is. Neither is ready for pills, though, so we'll keep this and just have to bargain most likely.
