I love the settings it
I love the settings it has on there to where it doesn't go to fast but it can if you want it to! ;) I love how clean and refreshed I feel afterwards. We have one for every bathroom in the house. It's so good for even kids especially when teaching them how to clean themselves properly. I would recommend this to any and everyone!

At first the N120 bidet
At first the N120 bidet worked just fine and it’s really. Then one day the spray didn’t work, the nozzle was stuck somewhere. So, I called them up and this nice lady told me to try to wash, I did, didn’t work. So I emailed her and she sent me another one. Nice and smooth. Few days later, I found out what the issue was, I noticed that when I released the pressure on the seat by lifting my butt the nozzle comes out and everything works. The product is nice, the service even better.

Works great after minimal installation issue
This unit operates great and I very pleased with it. My only suggestion would be to provide alternative installation instructions as I found it much easier to attach the flexible tubing to the bidet unit as the first option rather than last. Attaching it last made it harder to get the alignment right for accurate threading. Otherwise, installation was fairly easy.

I’m in love
I come from a country where every bathroom has a bidet. After years of relying on “not-really-flushable” flushable baby wipes, I finally decided to get this bidet. Actually, I bought three (two with dual nozzle and this one) After two months of daily use, my only regret is not buying them sooner. Here’s what you can count on: • Less trash -way less trash • No more wipes (none, nada) • Feeling squeaky clean every time For me, this one nozzle is all you need. The dual nozzle was kind of pointless. If your water pressure is decent, the rear wash nozzle is more than enough. You can always shift a little if you want a deeper clean. Honestly, my experiment with the feminine wash nozzle just ended up with the wall across from the toilet dripping water. Bottom line: don’t overthink it—this little thing is a game-changer.
