Description
The Luxe Bidet© Neo 320 is a warm water bidet toilet attachment, with dual wash nozzles, a mode knob, and a pressure control lever that is to easy to operate for those with limited wrist mobility. During use, the nozzle drops below the guard gate and retracts when not in use. In addition, the Neo 320 features an innovative self-cleaning sanitary nozzle that rinses the nozzle with fresh water. It also has a feminine wash mode for a more delicate spray.

So far so good, installation was not hard at all. The videos and the instructions on the box were pretty clear. We also were able to set it up with the hot water. But we will have to make some changes to run the cord cleanly and it to not be so visible as it requires to be connected to the hot water via our sink. However the water does get warm but we are going to see if it's too cold for the winter. Of it's not cold at all we might just leave it at cold. We got the gold color one and the color is very nice and functions as intended without any issues.

My husband installed the unit using both hot and cold water lines which I prefer over straight up cold water. Installation went well but my husband is very handy with these things. Not that it was a complicated process. I love it's usefulness and cleaning ability. I'm not dripping wet afterwards but I do still need some paper for drying purposes only. Overall, this is a great, easy to use product. Easy directions and install guide. Love it!

I had to have it installed because I had no knowledge as to how or where to begin. Plus, to install you have to have some knowledge of plumbing especially if you want to hot water connected. I love my bidet. It's a way to make you always wipe clean. Rinse away any left behind paper and/or residue that could lead to itchyness and possible infections. Feel fresh and clean all the time.
