Close but not quite the same
This newest Folio is gorgeous but it is just not quite the same as I remember the Angelina Folio to be. That doesn't mean that it isn't wonderful. It pulls just a tiny bit more yellow than I remember the early 90s Folio, which again isn't bad it just isn't what I was expecting. This looks 100% amazing with a dramatic black smudgey 90s style eye look. I think this (for me) looks best with a clear lip liner. I like the color as is, without a liner providing depth or shading. Although it doesn't seem to be what I remember, I would have definitely worn it in the early 90s. It is still true to that aesthetic.

So so close
This lip color looks a lot cooler in the pictures than it does in person. I'm very fair skinned more cool/neutral leaning in complexion. I was hoping that this would look more like the pictures than the product description of "Warm toned light nude beige". However this doesn't mean that all is lost if you're pale and looking for a great nude lip. I use this with the cool spice liner and it tames down the warmth and actually looks very beautiful. I am only giving 3 stars because the pictures aren't true to the lipstick. I think on someone warmer toned this would be fantastic

Stone in Love!
I'm a 90s girl, and I love love love this color. I've paired it with the new neutral lipsticks and wow! I've also used it with bolder colors and this really brings out the definition and shading. This liner is fantastic for creating defined, well blended looks. This speaks to my Gen-X nostalgia but with a better formula than I remembered.

If I could only pick one liner, this would be it!
I'm loving this liner paired with the new neutral lipsticks. I'm a 90's girl so I love a good neutral matte lip, and this sets the stage perfectly. While it's worked well with all the other shades I've bought, this one works especially well with Yash.

Lovely slightly cool toned red for every day, a bit more muted and easier to wear than Ruby Woo or Russian Red which are super bright on me. I love to wear this with edges slightly smudged/blended out.

Liner Quality
I love using lipliners but this has been by far the best. It glides on so smoothly and it's easy to blend and the color is absolutely perfect and I the liners and lipsticks smell so good. I'll never use another brand again I'm officially a MAC girly for life

Great lip pencil
Lip pencil that defines very well. The color Edge to Edge is in bettween pinkish, reddish, tan.. not sure if I love it. I chose edge to edge based on the color of pencil on line - different story when I got it home... I swear some of these pencils are not as precise in color as advertised. I feel that some of the pencils are actually the same color but with the different name.

Beautiful Packaging, Okay lipstick, needs a few applications
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the packaging of the lipstick tube, it glides on smooth & doesn't mess up quickly once applied, but it isn't as pigmented of color payoff as id prefer i find myself having to reapply it alot, i wouldn't buy it for myself but may recommend to someone with a more suitable skin tone for this red. This product was given to me free in exchange for my honest review.
