5 starts, because they replaced our broken product! I bought this in November 2024, and it stopped charging April 2025. I contacted Made by Dentists through their website explaining the issue, and they sent us a care package with a brand new toothbrush, 2 toothpastes, and stickers! Turns on by itself randomly
I thought we loved it, but two months post purchase it started turning on by itself. Literally at 3 am one night it scared me out of my sleep because I heard it vibrating in our toothbrush holder on the counter of my bathroom. It’s random and will sometimes go a couple days without it happening, but has occurred numerous times.

DO NOT BUY! I loved them at first and was excited to find them. But mold grows in the seal that closes off the charging post. I would NOT recommend them! I wish it wasn’t past my return window. I’m seriously disgusted by them as a mom.

Doesn't work!
My son had an electric toothbrush from this brand that he loved and after a year, it stopped holding a charge. So I figured we’d gotten our $ out of it and ordered a new one. The new one has never held a charge, even trying it in different outlets. And Target won’t allow a return.

Love this toothbrush. I biught two for my kids for their Christmas stockings. Unfortunately one must have been faulty and stopped vibrating so I reached out to customer service and one of the owners of the company personally responded. Toothbrush and Service - Excellent
My daughter really liked the design on this electric toothbrush and made her excited to brush her teeth. That was a big win right there. Everything was working great until recently when the brush base started going haywire. After we charged it, it would start up at random times. It was actually pretty creepy to see it randomly start and stop, especially for my daughter. I was tempted to just buy a new toothbrush but I reached out to Made by Dentist support and I heard back within the same day from Lisa, one of the co-founders of the company. She offered to provide a new toothbrush which is amazing. I appreciate the great service and am looking forward to continuing to use their product without the need of an exorcist.

I purchased one of these for each of my daughters. The battery lasted no more than 2 weeks. I attempted charging in multiple outlets using multiple cords and neither toothbrush ever worked again.

Less than a year later, it stopped working
I bought 2 of these toothbrushes for my granddaughters last Christmas 12/2023. Fast forward to November 2024 and one of them no longer works. It won't charge, nothing, dead. I will reach out to cust service and hopefully they will replace it. They are very good toothbrushes especially for young children (mine our 7 & 3). I will update my review after my experience with cust service. The 1 toothbrush that is continuing to work I'd give it a 5 on all points.

Amazing Customer Service
Purchased a toothbrush on December 1, 2024. When we got home I discovered that the 2 extra head brushes that were supposed to be included in the box were not there. Emailed Made By Dentist company and let them know the issue. Lisa, one of the co-founders emailed me back with in a few hours. Needless to say after providing a few details there are replacement toothbrush heads on the way. That is some amazing customer service. My daughter loves the toothbrush in the few times that she's used it since purchase. And I love the timing features (30 second timer to let you know it's time to switch to a different quadrant of the mouth and a 2 minute cutoff timer).

This is marketed as a toothbrush that you can buy replacement heads for but they don't actually exist. DO NOT BUY because once the heads get soft after as month you have to buy a whole new toothbrush. I highly doubt a dentist would have approved that. Grrr
