I got this one for my daughter. This toothbrush is definitely soft compared to Oral B one and it is very light. So it is probably good for electronic toothbrush beginner. I had a battery problem and sent email to their customer service and actually co founder ( Lisa) answered my question and sent the new replacement! Good customer service! I like it!

This is a great toothbrush. I bought it a year and half ago for my son. The charger recently stopped working, so I emailed them. After giving them a few details, they told me they would send me a new one. We received it today along with some stickers and toothpaste! Excellent customer service. Will be buying another one for my toddler once she is old enough for an electric toothbrush.

Lisa, one of the co-founders, personally replied to my email and oversaw a swift and smooth resolution. They promptly sent a replacement and included generous extras—stickers, toothpaste—that my kid raved about. The shark character, “Slash,” was a big hit, and he’s now genuinely excited about brushing his teeth. I should probably sign him up for their free “Anti-Cavity Club” to keep the momentum going. One can't help but be impressed by personal attention from a co-founder in a situation like this. I often lament that customer service is becoming a lost art, but Made By Dentists stood behind its offerings. And did I mention that my kid now brushes regularly without being harassed?

I bought these for Easter baskets. Two weeks later the battery dies went to charge them and one won't charge at all and the other charged but died real quick AND won't turn on when you want it to but will turn on when you don't AND won't turn off. They are so cute and LOVE that you can replace the heads for a great price reducing waste. But these hunks of garbage are going back.

Love the sustainable aspect of it with the replaceable brush beads. However, after only 4 months the battery is not staying charged and will intermittently cut out when brushing teeth and not come back on. Charging it does not remediate. Super frustrating!

I got this for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, it started to malfunction. I reached out to the company, Made by Dentists, to see if there was any troubleshooting I could do, and they responded the very next business day. They offered to send me a new one right away and recommended their free anti-cavity club for kids. They were very nice. The toothbrush itself is super cute and works very well. My son and I are so happy he will be getting a replacement soon.

After a year & emailing the company, both of the toothbrushes that we had stopped working- even after a full charge. I think it’s very easy for water to get in the charging ports, killing the battery. We have never gotten water in them that I have seen, other than just a normal brushing. The second one hasn’t worked in months. However, this toothbrush has the best toothbrush head! I love this toothbrush, I just wish it were more waterproof considering it’s a toothbrush.

Cavity free ever since! My daughter struggled with proper brushing and has had cavities. Since switching to this brush she has had 2 consecutive dental visits cavity free! Both of my kids have one of these and love the 2 minute built in timer. One of these and toothbrushes became defective within 7 months but after reaching out to customer service they went above and beyond to make things right.
