Mold on applicator?
I am not positive this is mold. But there is definitely something blueish green on the applicator the first time I opened it. From what I can see, it’s not in the tube. Just on the metal part of the applicator.

The thing I like the most about this, is that it comes in a sealed packaging. This is important to me because I do pick up orders that are done by a store employee, and brands that sell at target and do not have sealed packaging, are always tampered with and overlooked by the store person picking the order.
