Customer Service is Outstanding
I recently ordered a large mixing bowl that arrived in pieces, even though it was packed with great care - courier may have dropped it during shipping. When I called the company, the rep said they would send another bowl out that day. And they DID! I received it within 2 days and it was in perfect condition. It means a lot when a company is so responsive and genuine. I can’t say enough good about how that was handled.
