Difficult Packaging
The medicine itself is fine, but it’s worth noting that popping the tablets out of the packaging is extremely difficult and that’s coming from an able bodied 29 year old. I bent back my thumb nail, this morning, forcing the tablet through the backing. I would absolutely not recommend purchasing the store brand if you have mobility issues in your hands unless you have another means of getting the tablets out. If you don’t mind working for your medicine more, definitely buy this and save money.

A Urgent Care provider suggested I use this to help with sinus congestion/pressure rather than Sudafed. It worked! I prefer the generic brand over the name brand because it's cheaper and works the same. My only complaint is the tablet is very large and some may have trouble swallowing.

Unbelievably enormous pill size
Holy horse pills! I've seen large pills before, but these1200 mg. pills are so enormous that I can't imagine any human throat being able to swallow them. I will try the 600 mg. size, see whether that is also too big, and take two pills if need be. Can't rate the effectiveness of this medication until I try it.
